Get Away Today Donates to School District Foundations throughout Utah and Arizona

When Chuck and Julie Smith founded Get Away Today 30 years ago, they had a common goal- to enrich the lives of others. Initially, they focused on making vacations more affordable for families, allowing more people to make memories together. As the company grew, the Vacations = Donations program was developed, allowing Get Away Today to not only offer affordable vacations, but give to the community as well. To date, the Vacations = Donations program has given $4.5 million to children’s education foundations and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the country.

It couldn’t be more simple to help your community; if a guest books a vacation package with Get Away Today and mentions their local school district, the Vacations = Donation program allots a portion of the package to the specified school foundation. Get Away Today Executive Vice President Jennifer Dunyon and Client Relations Director Jennifer Tanner visited School Foundations throughout Utah and Arizona this quarter to deliver the most recent donations in support of children’s education.
