Relaxing Stay
The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. We didn't have to worry about much, the staff took great care of us, and the free breakfast each morning was a dream!
Pet Friendly
We loved this hotel! There was no pet fee and they had a great grassy area for our dog to enjoy. The staff was great and very accomidating, and the location was great!
Great customer service
Front desk and housekeeping staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Location was ok, pool was small, noisy as it is near the freeway, breakfast was fair...overpriced in my opinion.
do you like freeway backround music
This Place is very loud we stayed on the third floor and I could not sleep from the noise of the cars on the freeway. The one elevator to the third floor is so slow we decided to use the stairs because it was much faster. the pillows in the bed were very small they reminded me of couch pillows and very stiff. the breakfast was very basic and crowded. I would not recommend this place. One last thing door key would not work after first day and had to get a new one.
Some inconveniences
The Good: GAT offset the issues w/an apology & got us a small credit. The maintenance man was nice. The issues: key not working on 2nd night, had to walk all the way over to office to rekey to get in room. Water pressure low and cold for daughter's bath. Same issue later when hubby tried to shower. Tried calling front desk, doesn't tell you that "line 2" must be pressed to use room phone. Hubby ran out of hot water in 5 minutes next morning. Blow dryer was broken. Checkout did not ask how stay was or offer apologies. Continental breakfast was a disaster, too many kids and 1 staff member couldn't keep up on it all.
