The two room suite was nice for our family of 5 but we only got 3 towels, when we asked for more they said they didn't have any and we'd have to bring the ones we had to be washed. The room had a very musty smell and just didn't feel very clean overall. The hotel is quite dated and could use a complete overhaul. The free parking was nice.

This hotel was run down and stunk. Staff was rude and the free breakfast was jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches...won't stay here again not sure how it is rated high

Hotel is older, a bit of a mildew smell. However, the space for the price can't be beat. We had a 2 room suite so there was enough room for everyone and no fighting about space.

We stay here every time we come to Anaheim. It has a kitchenette and serves breakfast so that helps with food costs. The shuttle runs to Disney and you can walk to Angel Stadium (right across the street). The rooms are a good value and they keep them clean. The front desk employees are always very nice and super helpful.

We were not very impressed with this hotel. We liked the layout of our room and the beds were comfortable but that’s about it. It was out dated and didn’t feel clean. The service was lacking. We had to ask five separate times just to get a crib. We waited for our shuttle for half an hour before someone finally told us that it wasn’t coming to that stop. The breakfast was good but there was hardly any seating. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Loved the full size refrigerator and not too far from Disneyland!

Not a luxury hotel however is clean and family friendly. We booked a 2 room suite which was spacious enough for a week vacation. Kitchen is fully equipped which is nice when you want a break from eating out. The free breakfast was very convenient and tasty. Options included cold items like milk, cereal as well as hot items such as eggs, sausage and oatmeal. Waffle station and fresh fruit were also available among other choices. Washer and dryer is available which was also very convenient. We were able to pack less and do laundry halfway through our trip. Location is good and parking is free. Parking lot has plenty of space. Small food court located a short walk from the hotel (Carl's Jr, Togo's, Baskin Robbins and more). ART shuttle to Disneyland picks ups right in front of hotel. Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly! Overall a great experience, would stay again in the future!

We were very pleased with this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and well cleaned. We felt comfortable and everyone slept well and comfortably. The Full Hot Breakfast was very satisfying as well, we were able to fill up each morning before heading to the park, saved us money and time! Great Stay!

We stayed here for 1 week with extended family. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was plenty of space for everyone, however we never had hot water to take a shower. We tried both morning showers and nighttime. We also didn't receive housekeeping our first day and we were told that someone knocked on the door and we refused service, which couldn't have been true because we were at Disneyland ALL day. We finally gave up trying to have breakfast because there was never any food. The shuttle was nice that it picked you up in front of the hotel. I would not stay here again becuase it was too much of a hassle.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The room was filled with mildew and smelled horrible. There was black mold growing in the bathroom (even on the walls), we found a spider on our bed, and the entire suite was filthy. The desk attendant did not give helpful information and was not curteous to our children who arrived earlier than we did. Until this hotel is completely renovated and cleaned, I would not stay here ever again.

Very happy with this hotel! We booked the 1 bedroom w/ additional pullout couch that the kids slept in. Flat screen for the pullout as well as in the bedroom! Room was clean and bed was very comfy. The kitchenette was super convenient for refrigerating snacks and drinks we planned on taking to Disney. We also froze water bottles that were great for bringing to Disney and saving us money. Kitchen has plates and silverware for any food you bring back to the hotel. There are restaurants (Dennys, Panda Express, Togos) on the same corner which was convenient. The free continental breakfast was also very good (eggs, waffles, bacon/sausage, bagels, fruit, cereal) and the lobby was cute with snacks you can purchase and a big map. Front desk ladies were very friendly as well!! My only complaint is that the toilet seat had like bubbles in the paint or something and should be an easy replacement. Was this the most luxurious hotel? No. Did it exceed my expectations? Yes. Oh, it's only 9 mins from Disney.
