The Ayres in Anaheim was phenomenal! The room was very spacious and clean, had a lot of lighting, and outlets in usable spaces. I liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the toilet/shower making the space more usable for a group. The bathroom also had a fan so it wasn’t a humid nightmare in the bathroom after showering. The pillows were comfortable and the only thing they could do better is the sheets weren’t as soft as I like but they were clean and that’s most important. I travel to Anaheim 1-2x per year and have never stayed at the same hotel twice but I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was nice but Saturday night, there was an event at the Honda stadium and parking was packed at hotel (good thing there was no event parking at hotel). Then after event, had loud people walking through the hallway to their rooms. I have two children under the age 4. Glad they didn’t wake them up that night. That was the first night after that hotel was calm and more parking spaces.

It was wonderful very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also good and the employees were very kind. We will stay again ❤️

After reading countless reviews I chose this hotel (2.5miles from Disney) because of the free parking, free breakfast and great reviews. It’s right across the street from the Honda center and surrounded by great restaurants and grocers. The hotel staff from the front desk, cleaning crew and dining room were all pleasant to interact with. A small touch that I thoroughly enjoyed was the fireplace in the lobby was always lit so whether coming in from a late night at the park or leaving early when the weather is chilly the fire was crackling away. Very cozy! The room itself was clean and spacious. We had 3 out of 4 kids with us from 8 months to 7 years old and everyone was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave made it easier for storing baby food, snacks, etc in the room for a quick bite between breaks at the park. We used the ART shuttle on demand daily and it was pretty easy even with 5 of us traveling. Keep in mind that strollers need to be folded to get on the shuttle. That was a bit tricky with it being loaded down with goodies and snacks but it worked out.

We stayed here because there was a great deal through Get Away Today. We had a very pleasant experience! Everyone on staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but everything was immaculately clean. We had no complaints about our room besides the fire alarm beginning to chirp at 8:30am on our checkout day.. we were exhausted and wanted to sleep in a little since checkout wasn’t until 11. The star of the hotel is the breakfast! We loved it. There’s a chef that makes made to order pancakes and there was plenty to eat, even at 9:25am (breakfast ends at 9:30am on weekdays). Overall, the service, staff and breakfast was top notch. The hotel is about a 9-12 minute drive to the park. We loved that free parking was included so we didn’t mind paying for parking at the park.

Breakfast was definitely a plus and it was delicious. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. Every day of the pool and hot tub were amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Five star hotel in my opinion with a very valuable and affordable price point. I have no complaints.

Great facility, safe area, very nice helpful staff, breakfast good, beautiful room. Only complaint is hard pillows. Would recommend or stay again, bring my own pillow.

Lots of room. Laminate flooring (yay for less chances of bed bugs!). Complimentary breakfast (they make pancakes!) and not too far from Disney. OH AND BONUS - they have a microwave in the room! Great value hotel. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was perfect for our family of four (two sinks available and both separate from the toilet/shower bathroom, plus an in-room fridge and microwave). Breakfast was very good (pancakes made upon ordering, eggs, a potato side, and a breakfast meat each day--seemed to alternate bacon and sausage. There were also cereals, bagels, toast, some fruit options, and fabulous coffee). The ART shuttle was convenient--not perfect every time, had our pickup time pushed back a few times, but it never took more than about 15-30 minutes to get to or from the park once on the shuttle. It drops you very close to the security area to get into the entrances to the parks. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, and comfortable. It was what we needed for place to rest in between park visits. Using the Art shuttle on demand was super easy. Only one day (the day after Christmas) was struggle getting to the park on the shuttle, but was expected, the park was busy. The absolute best part of this hotel is the breakfast grill with a cook. Pancakes daily, with a breakfast meat, scrambled eggs, and a potato option. They also have cereal, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juice. The front desk was very helpful with my questions, and everyone was friendly. I’ll stay here again.

Great hotel from quiet room, nice staff and chef, full breakfast, safe parking lot, and using ART to get to Disney was quick and simple as ART stops at this Hotel.

We LOVED staying here. Staff was super helpful and so friendly. The rooms were a little older but very clean and perfect for our needs. We were only there to sleep. We were mostly at the parks all day. We enjoyed our stay here so much that for our family trips with our kiddos we will def stay here again. The ART shuttle was really nice to go back and forth to Disney as well. And the breakfast was sooo good!

Since the parking was free, the room had nice decor and beds for a short stay near Disney Hotel for a wedding. Otherwise, you will need a car to visit the Disney Parks. I appreciate that breakfast was complimentary during our stay.

The continental breakfast 🥞 was delicious. It was well organized and the breakfast hall was always clean. There is a security guard present around the clock and I felt very safe staying there

We booked here for a trip to Disneyland, the hotel was a lot further from the park than expected. The shuttle does pick you up right in front of the hotel but you have to download the app and request your pick-up to and from the park. The shuttle cost $6.00 per person per day. The hotel did have free breakfast, it was good but they don't offer lunch or dinner and unless you're eating in the park you'll have to drive to get something to eat. They did clean our room everyday, it was quiet and staff was friendly. It's just too far to stay for Disneyland.

Great staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

Beds were super comfortable and loved the room. The breakfast was nothing fancy but had pancakes, eggs and potatoes every morning. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms were large and the shower was the best. Lots of hot water and pressure. The breakfast was excellent, there was something for everyone. Beds could be a softer but will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at many Disney area hotels and would 100% stay here again. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breackfast was fantastic. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Amazing breakfast everyday and very friendly

The hotel was great. The room was clean and updated. The guy who checked us in spoke really fast and was not really all that friendly. The breakfast was good. The bus schedule is unpredictable, so if you're looking for a place it's easy and quick to get to/from Disney, this is not it, but we only went in the morning and came home in the evening, so it wasn't a big deal. It was nice having free parking.

I was overall pleased with this hotel. The room was clean. My main complaint is that the key cards deactivate easily and there is no through access from the front door. So you have to back up through the parking lot to exit. If your key card doesn't work, you have to drive back over to the front door to have it reloaded. My other complaint is that they did not inform us when we checked in that breakfast had been moved from 6am to 7am the next morning. We found out when we came down at 6am to eat before catching the 6:20 shuttle. We had to hustle up to our room and grab whatever food we could find.

For Disneyland, the ART Pass is a great value. Booking through GetAwayToday allowed for free parking. Leslie was our favorite staff member. They had a playpack for our baby to sleep in. Breakfast was great, and it is included. They had a chef making eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, and hash browns. Assorted fruit, bagels, bread, cereal.

ART shuttle picks up right at the front door of the hotel but wasn’t as frequent as other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. Hotel was very quiet and clean, less kid friendly as seemed more like a hotel for adult/professional clientele. Had a small area to buy items ($4+ for two cans of coke seemed crazy but it is CA). Pool was very small but otherwise nice property.

We really enjoyed our 7 nights here. Location was not as close to the parks as we've usually stayed, but ART pick a up at the hotel front doors and was easy peasy. We were concerned about ART's negative reviews, but that was not our experience. We were the only passengers on most of our 20 rides, with the most crowded being less than 15 riders. Breakfast staff was wonderful, although understaffed. The food was good and fresh, however by the end of our 5 days we were pretty tired of the choices. Scrambled eggs and pancakes daily, type of hashbrown and bacon/sausage rotates. Hard boiled eggs one of the days. Fresh fruit medley (pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe & watermelon), raspberry yogurt, oatmeal, toast, bagels, donuts & danishes, 3 choices of cold cereal, juice and milks. Be sure to be on time - food is put away promptly. The hotel was clean - my #1, spacious, and had comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff was great. Bathtub fixture needed repair / replaced, but we got it to work. We would definitely recommend this nice, quiet location.

Front Desk was very friendly and knowledgeable upon check in. Our room was very spacious, Housekeeping made sure that we had a clean and well made room when we returned every day. Chef was very humorous and catered to all of our breakfast requests. Ample parking, property well kept and very clean inside and out.

I was very impressed with this hotel, it was very up to date and VERY clean. We loved staying here, it was nice being a little further away from the Disney Crowds, originally we wanted to be across the street, but the distance was worth getting the better hotel. They offered a great shuttle service to Disneyland, and was close to several other attractions. Everything about this hotel was phenomenal, we would be back in a heartbeat.

I loved this hotel. My friends and I stayed here and enjoyed everthing about the location, the attention to detail, and free breakfast. The lobby and rooms were so cute, with fun details and cute style. We loved out stay and will be back!
