Bad Experience
My worst experience with a Hilton property. Housekeeping would not come in even when requested. Broken shower door. We even ran out of Toilet paper, and had to go down to the front desk to request some.
Great breakfast, dirty room
Great layout. Great breakfast. The room was very dirty. Many stains on the carpet. Peeling paint. Gray, thick dust on the vents. Popcorn ceiling. Stains on the couch. Distance from Disneyland is far.
Ok hotel
Ok Hotel. In room Phone didnt work and was not fixed after 6 days there.
Overall, nice hotel with great service.
Great free buffet breakfast daily, hotel nice, furniture in hotel room a little worn down, no shuttle service which was disappointing as it was checked that they had it. Overall, nice hotel with great service.
Loved the rooms
I loved the size of the rooms, the pools, and the breakfast was spectacular. The only downside was the distance to the park and no Disney shuttle. We used ART which did have us waiting for 30. Mins to an hour in the morning but was always on time on our way back.
Good food and shuttle
A great hotel with disneyland shuttle right outside the door. A good made to order free breakfast every day you are there... and a happy hour free drink reception every evening. The rooms would nice and clean. Only small thing to complain about is that the elevators were really slow. .. and sometimes only 2 of the 4 were running at a time. Otherwise... super great time.
Fantastic Room
We were very pleased with our stay, and we will be here again! We never once worried about the cleanliness of our room, it was cleaned well each morning and we loved coming back to a our room every evening.
Pool For All Seasons
We usually travel to Anaheim every winter, we love going to this Embassy Suites because of their indoor and outdoor pool. Our kids go on vacation with high hopes and excitement of going to the pool. Sometimes it's too chilly in December to swim outside, but we never have to disappoint our kids by telling them "no" to going to the pool. It is always a good day to go to the pool and have fun with the kids.
Very disappointing this year!
This hotel was so disappointing this time! We stayed last year and were so pleasantly surprised. There were many things that were wrong- too many to mention. Nothing was addressed while we were there despite numerous attempts at resolution. I will not stay again, nor will I recommend this property to anyone.
Beautiful suites, comfy beds!
We absolutely loved this hotel! I stayed there 10/15/15-10/18/15 with my 3 teenage boys and brother. We booked the Double/Double suite with the sofa bed in an adjoining room. It was so spacious and beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. We always came back to an impeccably clean suite after a long day at the parks. I am very picky about bathrooms and this bathroom was clean and top notch with granite counter tops and floors and a glass shower! The breakfast selection was delicious and the kids felt so spoiled! Shuttles didn't run quite on time but it was a short wait and didnt ruin any plans. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We have stayed at two other hotels after this one and I must say they have not lived up to the experience we had at the Embassy suites. We will be staying there again this Christmas and we are looking forward to it!
Horrible experience
We have stayed at embassy for many years for the amenities they offer. However, this last trip was a horrible experience. The shuttle service that is partnered with the hotel does not run on schedule. The hotel could never give us a straight answer on when it was coming or going. We wasted several hours just waiting for a ride. We ended up using a taxi or iber. On another note, they did not clean the room while we were out. Had to call down every day for towels, garbage to be taken out. Next time we travel to Disneyland we are going with a hotel right across the street. Will not have the bells and whistles as embassy offered, but we didn't even really use anything other then the breakfast. If you value your time stay at a different hotel!
Awesome hotel
Loved the rooms, the cook to order breakfast was awesome, best omelettes. Beds were comfortable after a long day in Disneyland/California Adventure. Plenty of room, wished for queen beds though - but still very clean and comfortable especially on rain days - we just played cards waiting out the rain & then went back to the parks. The hotel staff was always helpful, kind & polite, and willing to get us anything we asked for or needed. That is why we picked this hotel again - have stayed here 2 other times and found the service the same - exceptional. We plan on staying here each time we come to Disneyland! It is the best.
Great Value, perfect for our needs
My husband and I were traveling with our two children, ages 5 and 8, as well as my mother. The two bedroom suite (two queen beds, one rollaway sofa bed) was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful, and they were very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by one night, after my husband came down with food poisoning and was unable to travel on our scheduled check out date. We loved the large variety of options at the included breakfast buffet. The ART shuttle picks up right at the front entrance and is supposed to come approximately every 40 minutes, but in our experience the pick ups and drop offs were inconsistent. This is not the hotel's fault, but something to consider if you plan to take the ART to Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice rooms and amenities
We've stayed in the hotel many times before when it was the Hilton Suites. Happy Hour was really nice and the snack options were great. But, we had dinner there the first night and getting someone to wait on us was a major chore. We had to ask for menus and a waiter/waitress several times. The dinning room use to be separate, but now it's right in the middle of the Happy Hour. We decided that we would not eat there again. Rooms very fairly clean, but not sure the maid did more than make the beds each day. Our bathroom floor could have used a better cleaning. And, in our hallway someone left parts of a boiled egg that remained there during our 4 night stay. Couldn't believe that the cleaning staff walked passed that every day and did nothing with it. Was not happy to have to pay for parking each night as well as $10.00 per day for internet service (we had 3 rooms, so for 4 nights this really added up). This was all included when the hotel was previously Hilton Suites. I know that we will take this into consideration when booking our next vacation to Disneyland.
Even better than before
The last time we stayed here it was the Hilton Suites. Now it's the Embassy Suites, and we love the new rooms and the breakfast. The omelet station was great. Our kids think it's so cool that they have an indoor and an outdoor pool. I think this hotel is even better than before.
