Rooms weren't cleaned (even though housekeeping showed up both days). Room items like coffee, coffee cups, and toilet paper were not restocked. Had to call each day to have more brought up. Air conditioning vents were dirty/dusty.

Our stay was great, nothing phenomenal but it met our needs, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the comfy beds and felt that we were always well taken care of. Enjoyed our stay.

My family of 5 fit well in this hotel. We had 2 queens, and a sofa pull out and it was perfect! The rooms are spacious and we went comfortable staying here. It is a little far from Disneyland, but their shuttle service was great. Would stay here again.

Generally I really like Embassy Suites. When we booked, this was not labelled "under construction". Upon arrival, for a 10 story building, only 1 elevator worked for 2 days. We were on the 10th floor. We ended up in a handicapped room, which was OK. Air Conditioning was very poor, especially in the bedroom, never did cool down in there. Day three was the surprise of no running water for over 4 hours. My biggest problem is small, in comparison, but huge to me. Pictures of the pool shows lots of lounge chairs and seating. There were only 3 lounge chairs when we arrived, by the last day, there was only two. The only way to be able to get seating was when my husband went out after breakfast, and saved a seat for me. I love Disneyland, but I also need my pool time. For the price, plus paying for parking space, this did not live up to any expectations.

We really liked this hotel. The rooms were nice. It was a little farther from Disney than I was expecting. We didn't want to wait for a shuttle, so we just drove over and that made it not so bad. The breakfast was really great.
