As a retail store manager for over 15 years...i have to say that the staff at The Grand Legacy hotel had much better cusomer service than the "cast members" at Disneyland and California Adventure! The staff and management at this hotel always had a smile on their face and said hello or created small talk whenever we walked by. Even the maid staff and landscapers moved out of the way before we walked in their direction as a show of respect that the customers always come first. My family and I were thouroughly impressed with their courtesy and professionalism!

The good things with this hotel was that it was close to the park and the shower was quite nice compared to others I've used in the more recent past. The walls were either thick enough you didn't hear anyone below above or next to you. IHOP and Dennys are a few minutes away and your best breakfast choices unless going into the park. The not so good... the bed was only slightly softer than the floor. The pillows decompressed so much through the night it was like you weren't even sleeping with a pillow when you woke up. There was a large gap under the door that meant that everything outside the door was heard as if it was right in your room. People walking by with suitcases or the team that cleaned the rooms would walk by with their carts and it sounded like a jet was landing right outside. Due to this taking a nap during the day was not exactly easy to do even with the ac or heat running. There were loose tiles in the bathroom that make plenty of noise if you step on them. No extra pillows or blankets in the closet.

The walls are VERY THIN!!! Can hear the kids screaming and adults snoring. Felt like they were in the same room as us. Beds a bit uncomfortable and roll-away mattress needs replacing. No housekeeping, except to replace coffee and take out trash. I kept telling myself that I was only 9 mins away from the entrance to the park and that the noise was worth the convenience.

The best feature of this hotel is it's location! The walk to the park is so quick! Our room was fine but very humid despite running the ac and fan constantly during our 4 night stay. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom door was a pocket door and provided minimal privacy. Every interaction we had with staff was helpful and very pleasant.

Great location, easy walk to Disneyland (about 5 min for us) BUT they never cleaned our room, changed out towels and we were not notified this would happen. Getting back late from a long day at the park to no new towels, still wet from the night before was a bummer

We really enjoyed this hotel. The in-room refrigerator was good size. The location can't be beat - down the road a tiny bit and across the street from Disneyland! There was some miscommunication with our reservation and they had us down for a different date. They resolved the issue very quickly and waived the parking fee because of this inconvenience. It saved us a lot! The pool is great - nice and cool with beach balls and towels available.

The room was smaller than many of the harbor hotels. The ac was off when we arrived and it was 100 degrees that day so it took a lot of time to cool it down. The fridge in the room was nice. Beds were good. Door to our room didn't close well and the second lock didn't work. The housekeeper only emptied one trash a day and left our room open one day. It was close to the park so convenient. Disn't like that the pool closed at 10 and only one ice machine worked. I didn't thinik it was the best harbor option but it wasn't terrible. The staff was very friendly.

Location was excellent but Premiere room is overdue for a refresh and the carpet definitely needs to be replaced. We wore flip flops at all times in the room. Not complaining - room rate was great and we fit 3 kids and 2 adults.

Great place to stay! Rooms are very clean and up to date. It is right across the street from DISNEYLAND so you can walk. Less the 5 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. the rooftop bar and restaurant are very good and we enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was excellent as well and the walk was so short and easy to get to Disneyland.

This hotel is perfect for a quick walk to Disneyland. The rooms were a good size for our group too. Not the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in by any means, but we enjoyed it and will likely stay again.
