Long walk but good price.
It is a bit of a walk to get to the Disney Parks, about 20-25 minutes, and at the end of the night after your feet hurt from walking all day at the parks, it’s not the most pleasant walk to get back to the hotel, but the hotel itself is quite nice and was worth it for the cost.
Comfy beds and double sinks
This hotel is nice and comfy first time we stayed we got a standard room double beds and the second time we got a queen standard double beds which was way much better beds are comfy and we had double sinks the first time this second time we had only one sink but I like that the sink is outside the bathroom it's a little old but it's a nice hotel it's about 5 mins away from disney driving and about 15-22 mins walking to disney downtown I would recommend this hotel
Lovely Hotel
The position of the hotel to Disney is grest - it's a 20/25 minute walk to the gate. The staff here are lovely but the hotel is on the tired side in areas. The beds are lovely and comfortable, the bedding and towels are spotless but curtains, carpets, bathrooms and furniture are all tired.
Great hotel!
Rooms were very clean. Great location for the price. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful
Won't be back
This hotel was mediocre at best. The beds were fairly comfortable, but shoved up against the wall. The bathroom was terrible, dingy and had a fan that sounded like an airplane taking off. Lots of dents in the cabinets, bathroom doors, etc. it just overall gave the vibe of a dingy old hotel. The good was that it was located fairly close to Disneyland, but the walk was not as quick as I had hoped. We won't be back.
I really enjoyed my stay there
The hotel was very close to Disneyland. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, gift shop convenient and had a sit down restaurant in it. Plenty of parking close to the door, I really enjoyed my stay there.
Comfy
Comfy beds and comfy pillows.
Fine hotel choice
The staff was nice the rooms were clean. The hotel is older, our refrigerator didn’t work, and the light in our vanity had a short. We notified the front desk and it was not repair and we were not offered a different room. The beds were comfortable and close to Disneyland.
Holiday inn and suites Anaheim was absolutely amazing!
Holiday inn and suites Anaheim was absolutely amazing! Kind staff, very clean rooms, and the best part was being so close to the parks. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to downtown Disney every morning which just made experiencing the magic all that much easier! Would definitely stay here again. Only thing negative is that the website advertises free breakfast, but that service is not happening anymore.
Great!
The hotel itself was great! The beds were super comfy! The décor itself was a little dated but overall very nice! However it was a trek to the park entrances after a long day.. I would recommend comfy shoes and to always go through downtown Disney on the way in and out!
Hotel was nice
Hotel was nice. Typical holiday inn. Room was comfortable for 3 people. The ART bus stop was right outside and easy to access to go to Disneyland. Best part of hotel!!
Great staff and clean rooms
Hotel staff are very nice. Pretty clean. The only problem with our room was that is was by a very noisy soda vending machine. It turned on & off all night because of how loud it was.
We will stay here again
The room was quiet and clean. It was within walking distance to the park, but we used the Art shuttle after the first day to save our feet. There was a hot tub that helped our aching bodies. We will stay here again.
Good choice!
Nice and clean
Great beds
Everyone was very nice! Housekeeping was great and made sure to leave my daughters Minnie and forkie in fun ways on the bed! Beds were so amazingly comfortable too especially after all the walking at Disneyland!
Best stay ever
The hotel was super clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and answered all of our questions. The staff in the restaurant was outstanding, we had the same waiter three days in a row and he was a joy. The breakfast that was a choice of two plated meals was fresh, cooked very well and quite filling. We could not have asked for a better stay.
Friendly staff, good location
The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. It’s within walking distance of the parks which was convenient and saved money on parking. It’s a little far if you have small children that have walking around the pros all day. There wasn’t parking available on the property but there was a valet service that made it easy to get the car when we needed it. The complimentary breakfast offered was good and offered a variety of different foods for everyone’s tastes. There’s a variety of different restaurants within driving distance but there just as much as eating in the parks so there’s not much of a savings there. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Great service
Hotel was nice. Staff was great! Gift shop was super cute and affordable. Restaurant was not the best quality of food but great service!
We loved our stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice stay, and a perfect location to the parks.
Clean, quiet and peaceful
Clean and quiet rooms. In room fridge and microwave made it easy to have groceries delivered via instacart to accommodate our food sensitivities, and limit restaurant eating. Hotel is about 2 miles from Disney parks. While technically walkable, I wouldn't recommend it on top of all the walking done inside Disney or for families with kids, when the bus for Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) stops right outside the hotel. Pool was quiet, and peaceful, a nice way to unwind after a busy morning in the parks. Fitness center has nice selection of free weights and cardio equipment - sufficient to get a workout if walking in the parks isn't sufficient. Onsite guest laundry works with debit/credit card only - NO NEED FOR QUARTERS! Front desk staff was quick and courteous, always helpful with our many questions. Gift shop had most sundry item needs that arose on our trip, but a Walgreens AND CVS are on the bus route from Disney parks to hotel making stops easy. All in all quiet, clean, convenient enough, and priced right.
Loved the ART shuttle
This hotel is conveniently on the ART bus line so the shuttle to and from Disneyland was not difficult at all.
Perfect for the Whole Family
My Children loved this hotel. We came back from Disneyland to let the baby sleep each afternoon and this was the perfect hotel to accommodate both my baby and my older children. The splash pad was so fun for them to play at during the hot afternoons while the baby slept. We enjoyed this hotel and loved the care we received from each of the staff members.
Comfy beds and Clean rooms!
This was my first time going to L. A. with my family so I was having a really hard time choosing a nice and clean hotel, I choose this hotel because of the reviews and let me tell you I’m very happy with the decision I made. The moment you arrive at the hotel you feel welcomed the front desk staff was super nice. The room was clean every day, we stayed at this hotel for four days and they came in and cleaned it every day and left us new shampoo and conditioner with clean towels. The room had two beds, microwave, coffee maker, tv, phone in room, and a desk with chair. The hotel has a swimming pool witch you can go in but in order to get in you need your room key. The pool was clean they also have a hot tub next to the pool. The hotel has his own restaurant witch was nice to have breakfast or dinner when ever we didn’t feel like going out. They also have a gift shop and a excercise room. The hotel is close to Disneyland Parks but if you decide to walk to parks you will easily walk 15-20 minutes, the hotel has a shuttle to parks but you have to pay around $5 per person and the shuttle goes back and forth to Disneyland parks every 20-30 minutes. I really enjoy staying at this hotel and I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
Quick Walk to Disney
This hotel is an easy 15 - 20 minute walk to Disney. The rooms were typical standard rooms with two queen beds, desk, tv on a stand, mini-fridge, microwave....the bathroom area could use an update, but for the price, it was good. We really don't spend time in the room, so we weren't looking for top of the line rooms. The beds were very comfortable and we all got a good night's sleep each night. The splash pad was below our room and for little kids, it looked like a great time. We didn't try the restaurant so I can't comment on it. Overall, for the distance to Disney and the price of the room which is the main reason why we chose this hotel, I would say it was a great value and we will probably book there again next time we are in town.
comfortable beds ...
hotel was nice wish breakfast was included like rest of other holiday inn ....had couple of issue with room but was resolved. other than that was a nice stay.
Rooms Old & Dirty
The rooms were old and dirty. It wasn't what I was expecting after reading the reviews. It was a good value, but it attracted some people that we had a difficult time being around. (Screaming & Cussing). I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and don't plan to return.
Great Location, Nice Hotel, Good Food, Great Suites!
We stayed here in January, and recommend this hotel. It is very clean, and in a great location. Nice walk into Downtown Disney and easy to take the Monorail from Downtown Disney to avoid the long lines at the main gate. We highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant is great, and very reasonable priced compared to the cost in the park for food. We had the Star Wars Suite. It was a lot of fun!
Great pool area
The pool area is what made us decide to stay here, and my kids LOVED the splash pad. We took a break during the middle of the day and almost had the pool to ourselves. Maybe because it was winter there, but we're from Montana so it felt nice to us! I imagine it's more crowded during the summer. Our room was pretty standard, but comfortable and clean
