Hotel was perfect! About a 10 minute walk to the parks! The staff members were amazing and the rooms were great too! Perfect for adults going to Disney!

Only a 10 min walk from hotel to park entrance. Room was very clean and modern feeling. For the price it’s a very nice hotel. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the Disneyland corridor.

Excellent service beautiful rooms all around great Hotel

This is not a great choice for families with kids. Yes, its a short walk to the Toy Story lot -- but...no continental breakfast, no hot tub, no room refrigerators.

Check in was easy, I only wish I was able to check in early this stay. I'll make sure to request that next time. Everything else was seamless. The bed was really comfortable. After a long day at Disney, the soaking tub was heavenly. The walk-in shower was pretty great too. We had a lovely meal at Tocca Ferro. If it hadn't been raining so much we would have liked to try the rooftop bar and pool area.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean.

JW MARRIOTT HAS MADE OUR FIRST TRIP TO CALIFORNIA AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. WE ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED, THIS HOTEL ACCOMMODATED MY OHANA AND ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY AND INTO A BEAUTIFUL ROOM FACING THE PARKS VIEW. VALET SERVICE, WAS ALWAYS ON IT WITH BRINGING MY VEHICLE UP TO THE FRONT ONCE I GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND INVITING. ROOM SERVICE, WAS DELIGHTFUL, THE LEMON SORBET WAS SO YUMMY. HOUSEKEEPING KEPT OUR ROOM CLEAN. BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS THAT I’VE BEEN TO, PLUS IT IS ONLY A 10 MINUTE WALK TO DISNEYLAND & CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE.

Great hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both Disney parks. There was no hot water during two of the mornings. There is also no hotel folding luggage rack, which can be difficult with luggage. Very few drawers for clothing which required the usage of luggage for ongoing clothing storage.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a perfect spot. Was walking distance from Disney and attached to the Anaheim garden walk. I would say this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

When we arrived, they told us that they were out of king beds even though we had booked over 6 months ago. We were firm that we had booked a king bed and that is what we expected to get. After a long wait while the worker went to the back to see if the manager could find one, we did get a king room. There should be no reason not to get the bed size selected when booking. They also acted like they didn't receive any of the notes that we put on our Get Away Today booking. The hotel is very nice, but not quite a JW Marriott experience. The check in desk is on the second level, but the staff do not do a good job directing people. Most people entering the hotel were very confused by this. The garden walk out back is very rundown and empty. It could be a nice area, but it is very cheap and looks kind of trashy. Overall, our stay was fine and the hotel was nice and clean, but we will probably stay closer to the parks next time.

Very nice, high quality hotel. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom even had a tub big enough to actually soak in. Easy 10 minute walk to the parks. Wouldn't probably recommend for those traveling with young kids as this hotel seems to be more suitable for adults and business travelers. There is no fridge provided in the room and the pool has no shade. You have to rent a gazebo in order to have any shade. The food at the hotel is also very expensive even with the $25 daily credit. We ate cheaper in the parks. However there are a lot of other dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Be sure you are not charged a resort fee like I was. First person I asked to remove charges was not helpful, but another guest relations woman did. Beds are very comfortable, and housekeeping came by every day. It is a good 15 minute walk from the park.

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable rooms with close distance to theme parks

We reserved this room to visit Disneyland. We liked the room so much that I wanted to stay inside instead of going to the park. They are very friendly, and they have amazing room service. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Pros: Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Close to shops and restaurants. Modern with a nice looking bathroom and deep tub. Good smart TV. Very, very quiet - even the room next to the elevator. Heat and AC work well and are quiet. Cons: Low water pressure in shower. Terrible lighting in bedroom. Not very clean - for a new hotel, it is already looking run down. Hallways and elevator rooms are consistently dirty. Staff is friendly, but often don't do what they promise. I would not recommend this for families at all.

The room was very dusty and the fridge was broken. I was told it is a mini bar fridge and wasn’t meant to keep things cold. We waited 3 hours for our room and they weren’t able to get us our original room so moved us to one that was available. The staff were extremely nice and everyone we encountered was helpful. They were just very short staffed. I have stayed at various JW Marriott properties over the years and expected it to be higher end. The walk to Disney was easy and took about 10 minutes. I would stay at a property that is a few minutes closer and caters more to families or kids if you are a family going to Disney.

The pros: free valet parking. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room had a mini fridge which came in handy and a keurig even though we did not use it. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub. The lobby had a Starbucks. Close proximity to various restaurants & convenience stores. The cons: no free wifi, no shuttle to the parks.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the JW. All the employees were very friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. Our room was beautiful and our beds were super comfy. We will be staying here again next time we visit Disneyland.

I stayed here with my family for my last Disneyland trip, and we had the best experience. It's a beautiful new hotel and we were so impressed. Our room was great and we loved how close it was to all the restaurant options at the Garden Walk. The hotel has a really pretty outdoor space that we spent a lot of time in. The staff was wonderful too. We will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel was great. Really beautiful rooms and lobby, plus the food options were great. The roof top bar was really nice also, delicious food.

We love this hotel! It feels so fresh and new and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are so gorgeous and we loved how close it was to the Garden Walk and Disneyland. We felt like it was walkable, but a really easy shuttle or Uber ride too. Definetly will stay here again!
