Hotel staff was helpful, housekeeping was great. Some hotel was on an ART route getting to and from Disneyland was easy, but pay attention to route times, as the shuttle has blackout times that it does not run. Only downside was hotel location was not within walking distance to any other restaurants.

Hotel was amazing from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly staff, to the restaurant where the staff treat you amazing and the food is just as great as the service.

The Viv was super nice! It’s very spacious and is perfect for my family of 6! We all slept comfortably. The hotel is also super clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It overall was a good Hotel. Would I book here again? Maybe? The staff on arrival was very stoic but helpful. There is no staff after midnight we were told. After the first night our towels and toilet paper didn't get restocked and we were told that there was no staff on so security had to get us towels. It was definitely a little odd. The hotel was beautiful and very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were definitely more on the firm side and the pillows were flat. The kids enjoyed the pool there was a self park garage and parking fee was $38 per night, but secure and our vehicle was safe. But overall, it was a good Hotel, clean and a couple miles from Disneyland.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and Disney little details throughout. Staff was very friendly and helpful. From front desk to restaurant staff. Was disappointed that rooftop pool was closed for private event. We never got to see it. One of the main reasons why we booked this hotel.

Staying at the Viv was so great for our family! The rooms are very nice, they do a great job cleaning the room while you are out, and we loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely come stay again!

Very nice hotel. Staff especially helpful, with shout-out to Brian for figuring out early check-in and late check-out for our stay. Great pool. Restaurants were excellent. Fireworks from the top floor were really cool. Would definitely stay here again. Great value. We under-estimated how short of a walk hotel was to Disney (about 20 minutes). We over-estimated how much we'd use the ART bus (once). The ART bus only runs in the morning & evenings and wasn't running at the times that we wanted to take it

Great hotel but is not really within walking distance of Disney Parks. Also not very many places to eat within walking distance and the restaurant at the hotel is fairly expensive. Pools and facilities are excellent. Rooms were clean but bed and pillows were not comfortable. We got a room with bunk beds even though we only have 2 kids, and they loved them. I appreciated the extra space of the bunk beds. Overall, we would stay there again but do a little better meal planning and take our own pillows!

The staff was rude and the cleaning didn’t happen on my last day. The towels were rough

Hotel is very nice, clean, with great restaurants. Only thing is I was promised a Disney park view and barely can see it. 4th floor is considered room with a view and it’s not. Other than that no complaints

Staff was just ok. Depended on who you got to talk with. Some nice some made you feel like you were a bother. Also shower had black gunk in it and I had to scrub off black film off her body. They didn’t seem too concerned when I told them about it. Had to wait 15 minutes to get quarters to use on washer/dryer.

From the front desk, staff, the concierge’s, the gift shop, the restaurant, and the little breakfast shop. I cannot say enough about the amazing employees and staff at the Viv. Each one treated us like we were royalty and made our trip so special. There’s not enough words to give an adequate review for this hotel and should I ever return to the area again I will definitely stay there. Do not hesitate to get good advice or directions from the concierge. Even shuttles to the airport were chosen well. I canceled our preplanned shuttle because it was done in a group situation.. I chose to trust the concierge’s suggestion, and it was spot on. Very personal shuttle and the price was very reasonable and he worked around all of our schedules.

Clean clean clean! Bunk beds were awesome, lots of storage, lots of light and lots of space. The park views were amazing and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was great for those that drive to the parks. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the viv hotel was great! Everything was clean. It was very spacious for all 6 of us to get ready in, it really had everything we needed. We loved that is was a modern hotel, but also had Disney aspects of it, the kids really seemed to enjoy it.

The hotel was as one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was extremely clean, the room was beautiful and spacious, Room service made the bed every day for us when we would make it back from the parks. Overall amazing, will definitely be staying here again on the next trip to Disneyland

The Viv is a great hotel . The only issue we had were traveling as a group they did I not have our rooms ready. And not on the same floor at first . We came as a group and wanted to stay a group . We had to wait hours before checkin rooms were not ready with five children was not a good experience

The Viv was fresh, clean, contemporary and a wonderful place to stay with a very short ART shuttle bus ride to Disneyland. Rooms had so much storage which we greatly appreciated.

We loved the hotel! The staff was kind and helpful. The view of the parks was incredible. The rooftop adult only pool was amazing! Our kids loved playing in the pool and splash pad on rest days. The parking garage felt safe and secure. Honestly we had a great time! The only downfall was there isn’t any restaurants close by so we had to DoorDash or UberEats all of our meals. But not a big deal to us. We will definitely stay again!

This was a great hotel for our family of 5. The bunk beads are very sturdy and our teenagers fit nicely. A great added perk of this hotel was the pebbled ice machines.

We loved this hotel. It was nice, clean, comfortable and the people that work their were very helpful and friendly. The ART shuttle picks up right out front of the hotel which was very convenient. The only downside we found was its not convenient when planning meals. Its not located close to places to eat and the hours of restaurant and market at the hotel didn't always work with the times we needed to be on the shuttle for the park.

Radisson Blu Anaheim was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, and stylish, and we had a fantastic view overlooking Disneyland. We especially loved the adults-only rooftop pool and hot tub! While Disneyland is technically walking distance from the hotel, we choose to Uber each day, and it was very easy getting Ubers to and from the hotel. We would recommend the Radisson Blu to anyone visiting the area!

Great customer service. Clean. Nice pool and amenities. My only complaint is I would really like a microwave in the rooms along with the fridge that is provided. Outside restaurants and stores are not close so you want to be able to warm things up when you do get back to the hotel.

The Radisson Blu was beautiful and great for families. The pool was a great size and their hot tub was bigger than any other hot I’ve seen at a hotel. The splash pad was a hit my younger kiddo. Other guest told me that walking to and from the park was easy and about a 20 minute walk. We chose to park at the Toy story lot. The drive was quick and easy from the hotel. The only minor complaint we had was house keeping. We had 4 people in a room and they only left 3 towels everyday resulting in us having to ask for an extra towel daily. We had our do not disturb sign on our door at 9:30am. House keeping was down the hall so I assumed since we took it off that they would come and clean our room. That was not the case. The labeled our room as do not disturb and we did not receive any service that day. So if you have your do not disturb sign on and you want service, call or let them know you in fact want service or else it won’t get done. Despite the hiccups with house keeping, I would stay at this hotel again.

Best place ever!! So so clean and helpful staff. More then enough room for my family of 5 in the 2 queens and bunk beds. My vacation is 40% the hotel we stay at as we sleep bath and decompress there. Hands down best one I've found close to Disneyland.

Hotel was clean, new, awesome pool and hot tub, and service was great and friendly. Only con for me- there are no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, but if you’re staying for awhile, you might want other options.

Only complaints with this place were no microwave and the shower. Hot water then freezing cold, then scalding. Was a bit annoying but honestly I can put up with that for all the pros this hotel has to offer.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was the perfect location, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Parking was free too. My family will definitely be staying here again. Also, the room was spotless and very comfortable.

Amazing staff! They were very accommodating when we needed to change rooms due to a really nasty odor. Upon check in I asked if we could be upgraded to a room with a view and it was available so we got a really nice view of DCA and the fireworks! My only complaint has to do with the walk, it’s over a mile which isn’t that big of a deal since they do have the ART that picks up right in front of the hotel but if you choose to walk like we did a couple of times it’s a little sketchy because you have to walk under the freeway underpass and we were met with several homeless people that were actually courteous and moved out of our way as we walked by. I’m not sure I would want to walk this route at night. The room have a lot of storage space so that was a plus. We had the room with 2 Queens and a set of bunk beds and still had room for all of our stuff, car seats, double strollers, luggage and a crib that the hotel provided. Super comfy beds. The breakfast served in the restaurant was really good, we loved our waiter! So if your looking for a very nice hotel and don’t mind walking or taking the ART then I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very nice. The restaurant was over priced and service was very slow. The food wasn't worth what they were charging. They weren't supposed to charge us for parking, but they did anyway. It was supposed to be complimentary. We did like the location and the room was very nice.

Amazing hotel! All staff are extremely friendly, the Disney decorations throughout are so cute, and everything is fairly priced. My very tiny and only complaint is that we could have found a microwave to be useful in our room.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, modern, with a splash of Disney for the kids. The main floor pool has a splash pad for the kids, which was awesome! The staff was helpful, rooms were clean, and the shuttle stops right outside the main doors. We will for sure stay again!

Great hotel. Very clean. Has convenient bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly. Had to talk to front desk twice to have housekeeping take our garbage out and bring us new towels. No microwave or freezer but does have a decent sized mini-fridge. Plan food accordingly as the on-site food options are very expensive and there aren’t any other restaurants within walking distance. Had to have food delivered which became expensive. However, it was easy to get instacart groceries delivered from Walmart and Costco.

Our room was spacious and had so many USB & electric outlets. Traveling with teens requires multiple places to plug in devices. The hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and the ART picked up right outside the front door. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Very quiet, didn’t hear anyone else. My babies would scream and my parents couldn’t hear them next door and I couldn’t hear them in the hall. Definitely a good place if you are a light sleeper. Room size was good. Kids liked the bunk beds. Housekeeping is not daily though and took the bedding off the bunks on the one day they cleaned and did not put the bedding back on.

We loved this hotel! We are in Anaheim a lot, and this will be our new "go to" hotel. Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, great location. Loved it!

This was a brand new hotel and it was beautiful. I would stay here again. They had great customer service! And the ladies that run the gift shop are Marvelous!! I highly recommend this hotel. The employees are very friendly and great customer service .

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pools were amazing with bar service and cabanas. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds as well.
