We really had a wonderful time and loved our hotel room. The staff was really helpful with all our questions, like finding the shuttle! We paid for club access and had 2 double beds with a balcony facing Disney and it was totally worth the extra cost. It had a awesome view of the fireworks and with club access you get free water at all times (which was great to take to the park) and breakfast and happy hour snacks. The breakfast was really good and it was all ready for you to eat and go on your way. My 79 year old mother is still talking about the breakfast and how she enjoyed it. The only thing that would make the hotel absolutely perfect would be a designated shuttle. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off on hotel property, however sometimes the wait time might be a little longer due to issues and it can take awhile if you have to stop and pick up allot of mobile scooters along the way. The park itself is 3 stop lights away and if you don't mind the walk it was a really pleasant walk. Even though I can't say the hotel is perfect It did help make a 4 generation Disney trip very memorable and enjoyable and I would recommend the hotel 100 percent.

Gorgeous remodel and very reasonable price, especially for how nice this place is! Friendly staff and not too far from Disneyland entrance. Stayed here a few times now and will continue to come back.

Our new go-to hotel!

The front desk was very efficient at check in and check out. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The building is very secure as you have to scan your key card to get to your floor and you can only go to your assigned floor. From the hotel lobby to the entrance gate at Disneyland is only about 3/4 of a mile, which makes walking very easy. We have stayed at many hotels around the Park, and this is by far one of the best and also at a reasonable price. We go to Disneyland multiple times per year and the Sheraton Park is our new go to hotel! We recommend this hotel!

Love to have a balcony!
ASHLEY TAVENNER. on 07/29/2024
Guest Rating

Clean, rooms are quiet. Feels like you're at a resort when walking outside. Pool was night. Balcony was much appreciated! Only very minor complaint would be that I went to the desk for more toilet paper, when we were completely out and none was delivered to the room before we had to leave. Other than that, wonderful stay!

This hotel was nice, but everything was nickel and dimed. Just to get a cart to take your bags to your room there was a charge. Just to use the wifi - there was a charge, Just to park - there was a charge. The elevators were not all up and running and it took twenty minutes sometimes to get out of the building or back up to your room. The air conditioner wasn't pushing cool air and the room was super stuffy. We didn't get the king we asked for and got a 2 queen bedroom instead. We were told we were being upgraded to a balcony room, but the balcony was so scary and had cracks and shook. The maids were amazing. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was okay. Not enough storage for clothes.

Not a ton of space
Russ & Tina Thorup. on 11/30/2023

The hotel was fairly close to the park, but we prefer staying at closer hotels if/when going to the parks for more than 3 days. The only issue we really had with this hotel were the elevators (there are 2 sets of them on opposite ends of the tower, and often 1 was out of service), and the storage space in the hotel room. We had 4 people and there were only 2 drawers to store items, and there is a very small closet is all.

Protestors!
Emily Vanderpool. on 11/18/2023
Guest Rating

There are labor negotiations going on with workers who PROTEST loudly from about 4-7 am and again at night from 10pm til 1 am. If you like to sleep on vacation stay far away from this hotel because the protestors are very loud!! The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are updated and nice, but none of that matters when you can't sleep in your room before a day in Disneyland.

The customer service was fantastic. When checking in the person at the counter was able to get two rooms next to each other since it was two groups checking in at the same time. We liked that you had to have your room key to use the elevators and the other amenities offered. It was close to Disneyland and other shops/food services.

I really liked the hotel. My room was clean and close enough to Disneyland that I didn’t need my car until my trip had ended. My only complaint is how humid the room was. The sheets and carpeting felt damp and sticky. I couldn’t get the air to counter that.

We had a two queen room on the 11th floor with a view of California Adventure and Disneyland in the distance. It was perfect for watching the fireworks from our balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, it came with a mini fridge but no microwave, which was fine for us. The gift shop, restaurants and staff were great. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked wonderful. The walk to Disneyland was an easy 10-15 min.

The hotel was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site pool and amenities were excellent. It was a fairly easy walk to the theme park, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Security was good, I liked that the hotel and lounges wrapped around the inner pool courtyard, closing it off from street access. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, the only negative was the remodeled bathroom. It has a barn-style sliding door that doesn't latch, making it feel slightly less private if you are sharing a room. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel during their renovation so the rates were lower and stayed after the renovation was complete. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't get the A/C to turn on in our room so the front desk sent maintenance up to fix it and they provided us with a fan as well. We left to grab dinner before maintenance arrived and it was fixed before we got back. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and loved the updated bathroom. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. There is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby which was considerably easier and less crowded then trying to get coffee in the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Blown away - our new go-to hotel!

I was blown away by the newly renovated Sheraton Park Anaheim hotel. From the moment you enter the spacious, well decorated lobby, you are greeted by amazing staff who are there to help you however they can. The rooms are well-designed, we had a HUGE bathroom which was amazing. I wish there would have been a bathtub but the shower had two shower heads which was such a treat. The bed was so comfortable - by far the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a cute patio with a great view of the pool. The room was a great temperature and the thermostat was easy to control. The hotel is a short walk to Disney - less than 15 minutes and there are so many amazing restaurants nearby. The staff were so accommodating - we requested a kettle and they brought it to our room in less than ten minutes. Our room was cleaned daily which was a huge surprise and I was so impressed with the housekeeping team. The Sheraton will by far be our new go-to hotel and I cannot recommend it enough!

I was a bit nervous about possible noise or dust due to the renovation but I didn't experience any disruption. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff were so nice and accommodating. The parks are a short walk away, and there's a few stores on the way to pick up essentials like snacks and drinks. The woman who checked us in even made sure we had a room facing the parks so we could see the fireworks. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Parking $12/night (to me, parking should be free to guests always, it's so cheap of hotels to charge for parking). Room/bed completely satisfactory. Beds were very comfortable. 10 min walk to Disneyland gates. They are remodeling the upper floors. We could hear the remodeling crews outside in the mornings. The smell of truck fumes seeped into our rooms without even opening the patio doors. The breakfast area was in a different building so we never ate there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back but only after it's remodeled.

This hotel was very accommodating. The desk clerk that was there when we checked in was very nice and met our needs. We asked for a king bed and we didn't get one but they transferred us the next day to a room with a king bed that was better than we asked for and there was no extra charge.

The walk from the Hotel to the Park is about 15 minutes if you have kids under 12. Getting an ART pass is very helpful to have in case your kids are too tired to make the trek back. the pool is very nice, and the cafe is great for early morning grab and go breakfasts, or pizza dinners. Great price son souvenirs and snacks too. They even have wine and beer!

The hotel was nice, however, we checked in around 6:40 pm. When we got to our room it was not ready, our check in time was 3 pm. The cleaning lady had just started cleaning our room and called for back-up, you could tell she was embarrassed. We asked for a different room (we had tickets for an Angel's game that had already started and didn't want to wait or want a dirty room) and was told the hotel was sold out. After further discussion a manager finally told her to give us another room.

We loved our stay here, they had several dining options which we really appreciated. We came back during the day for the kids to take naps and it made it so convenient to take naps and get dinner all in one stop. We could also watch the fireworks from our room. We loved everything about our stay here, everything was so convenient and worked out very well.

This hotel is a great option for any family with individuals that require special care. This hotel is especially unique because of the individualized services that they offer to their guests with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. The Sheraton Park Hotel offers something called the MAX program. The MAX program allows the hotel to offer trained Ambassadors who are coached in how to serve guests with Autism, amenities designed to entertain, comfort, and assist children with Autism, and also offer a special menu and setting in their restaurant that caters to guests with ASD.

It was fine

It was a fine stay and a good location to walk to the park. The pool was cold and hot tub was comfortable. I've stayed at many hotels around the country for business. Much cheaper hotels give you Wifi and a breakfast. You pay for breakfast and Wifi at this location. They have a "deal" for 50 bucks a day per room for breakfast and a happy hour. The parks are expensive enough for food then the hotel adds to it. We had friends stay at the Holiday Inn Express. They got breakfast and the hotel made them lunch for the park. They said their rooms were great. Don't get me wrong we had a great vacation but it would be better if the Sheraton stepped up with a few things that doesn't cost them anything like wifi.

This is one of my favorite properties around Disneyland and I have stayed in quite a few. This hotel has a beautiful pool area surrounded by Palm trees and a palapa bar at the pool. If you upgrade to the concierge level with delicious breakfast, a cool expresso machine and delicious happy hour. The rooms are spacious and the location is nearby many restaurants. You can easily walk to Disneyland. A very good deal.

We love this hotel! The rooms are so clean and spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at. We almost had a hard time dragging ourselves out of bed to get to Disneyland, because the beds are so comfortable! We also liked that we were not very far from Disneyland. We also liked hanging out their beautiful pool area for one of our afternoons to get a little R & R in during our trip.
