The hotel wasn't full so we got a lot of personal attention. We told them we were on our honeymoon and received a free upgrade to a tower. The staff in the breakfast room was amazing!

The breakfast in the morning was great before spending the day at Disneyland. Shuttle was nice but doesn't run on Tuesday's and only early morning and late night, would be nice to have a midday run to go back and relax at hotel. Or even to have different times would be helpful, ended up taking a Uber a couple times and driving on my own the last day for Disneyland. Staff was wonderful! Super nice and helpful. Room was nice, beds were comfy. One bed comforter had a stain and so did the shower curtain. That was my main gripe.

This hotel is the best to stay at for visiting Disneyland. It is right off the interstate and there is not traffic around the hotel. It’s just a mile away from a Walmart and many fast food places. The free shuttle to Disneyland is the best part. Then again the breakfast that comes with the deal is amazing. There is such a wide variety of food to pick from.

the room was decent, some cosmetic damage to the frame of the bathroom door that needed to be fixed, and the beds are hard as a rock. but this is a good place to rest your head at night. the continental breakfast was also good. and customer service was good. shuttle times are limited. they dont run from 2pm-6pm so if you want a break during the day you have to uber back to the hotel which gets annoying but its understandable. but it was a pretty decent hotel in general.

We loved how comfy the beds were after we got back from long days at Disneyland. The rooms were spacious, and ways clean. Could use newer appliances, and TLC on doors and walls. The staff was great, and the breakfast was phenomenal! Will definitely be back there again.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful! The pool is HUGE and the rooms are beautiful. The complimentary breakfast bar exceeded my expectations are far as variety and quality. I was very impressed. We did have an issue with the shuttle from Disney (it is by request, and two people got on the shuttle and the driver assumed it was us and left early- so we got left behind and had to wait two hours for the next available shuttle), but that was one out of six trips we used the shuttle for during our trip. We also had dinner and drinks one night at the Citizens Kitchen (the hotel's restaurant/bar) and everything was amazing there as well. I would absolutely recommend the Fullerton for anyone needing to stay near Disney!

Full bed are too small for 2 people

This was a Hacienda style hotel-meaning the rooms mostly open out over the pool balcony. This freaked my 6 year old out that bad guys had more access to our room (our room opened up to the parking lot-ugh). So if this is a concern choose differently. The breakfast was filling. Did not ride the shuttle. We chose to drive to Disneyland and this took about 15 minutes. Overall was pleasant stay.

I picked this hotel because it offered a free shuttle to Disneyland. Well here’s what you need to know about the free shuttle...you can only make reservations. So you have to know your Disney plans for your entire trip if you want to use their shuttle because the spots fill up quickly. And, they only go on the hour which is also super inconvenient. I ended up using Uber or Lyft almost every day because the shuttle system was either full or the “on the hour” schedule did not work for us. And because the hotel is so far away, the Uber fares were really high. Next time I will pick a different hotel.

I loved this hotel, stayed 2 times in the span of 3 months, it is cheap but it is probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! The breakfast was great, the only drawback is the shuttle, sometimes the times don't match up but you can survive. We forgot to request a king bed, but the staff was great and upgraded our room for free. Well worth the value!

Here is one thing I COULD NOT stand about our hotel. I absolutely loved the fact that we had a shuttle to get to Disney, BUT we were on the hotel's time and didn't have a choice to go back if we wanted to at the end of the night and my wife and I had to plan what time we wanted to go back, so after the first two days of being there. I especially hate this because I feel we overpaid especially being 15 to 20 minutes away from the parks themselves. We Uber'd the rest of the trip. Free breakfast was good, room was nice, should have a microwave though... I believe that's all I have to say.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean and included a fridge. The daily hot breakfast was great and had slight variations each day, along with constant choices of scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. We arrived early in the morning and never had to wait to be seated. The shuttle to Disneyland was easy to reserve-starting at 7am! It only took about 15mins to get to the park. We also called from the park for a return shuttle and easily reserved spots. The pool was clean and a very nice spot for families during the hot part of the day.

The majority of the hotel was great. The free breakfast buffet and shuttle to the Disney parks were wonderful. There were some cleanliness issues with the room, and the 8 AM knock asking if I wanted housekeeping service was unappreciated. All in all, however, I loved the friendliness of the staff and the amenities offered.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and prompt. If you plan to use the shuttle to take you to Disneyland, plan ahead and schedule ahead of time. They get full fast. Would stay again. Room had everything except a microwave.

This is a simple hotel with great accommodations! The free shuttle and breakfast really made the difference for us, it saved us a lot of money and time! We liked being a little further from the busyness of the town. It allowed us time to escape the noise and get some rest before another busy fun filled Disney day.

If you use a third-party to book you’re not guaranteed the room that you reserved. Traveled July 3-7 reserved room in April for 2 queen standard room. Arrived 10:30pm check-in told No 2 beds available, giving me king with roll away bed. I was very unhappy 🙁 after going back and force approx 20-30 mins and No manger could be reached A two bed room magically appeared for the night. I told hotel that I would get a hold of get away travel in the morning and if there’s another hotel available that I would just switch. Manager Must have called back All sudden I get call to move rooms they had a cancellation and I had a room for my stay. I have used getaway travel for many many years I have never had this problem. I have used several different hotels. Room is pretty standard, beds are very small And Mattress hard. If using their shuttle be advise that it runs only every hour and there are multiple hours it doesn’t run at all. Limited times. Last pick up 10pm. You have to reserve with the front desk to be on the shuttle. When full out of luck :( Pool large and sitting area very nice 👍 Breakfast Was ok :)

We were thoroughly impressed by our stay, everything went smoothly. We took the advice from others and made sure to schedule our shuttle early, we got to the park early and left right at closing. We had a great stay!

Great experience at this hotel. I had a conference and stayed at the Hyatt the previous 3 days prior to checking in here for the weekend with my family so my expectations weren’t great. We were pleasantly surprised from check-in all the way during our 3 day stay. Alex was awesome at check in, the hotel was very clean, well-decorated and well-appointed, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It felt a bit far from Disney but the shuttle was great and the drivers were nice. Included breakfast was hearty and good. Would definitely recommend to others.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was very nice, all of them! The rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome! We would definitely return here. I was worried about the shuttle, but it was fine! You just have to schedule it with the front desk, if you need to change it, just call the front desk. They were very nice about it. Give them a little advance notice, too. Thank you for the great stay!

I always love staying at a hotel with free breakfast because it can help my fam save SO MUCH money on a Disney trip. Love that this hotel also had free parking. It's also nice that the rooms have a mini fridge so you can have little snacks on hand. I was a little worried about the "limited shuttle," but that just meant we could schedule the shuttle in advance for our use; you didn't just wait for it to roll around on a regular interval. I just put a reminder in my phone to call the shuttle and it worked out pretty well.

The room was smaller than a standard hotel room would be usually and we could hear things that were going on next door. I believe we had to schedule the shuttle for the day and that was a pain considering we didn't know when we would have liked to be picked up from the park. you are able to call an hour or more ahead of time to re-schedule a different time but it was still a pain to worry about, unlike other hotels that just have shuttles come every 15-20 minutes. The breakfast was okay, had all the usual breakfast options like eggs, bacon and fruit. I don't really recommend staying her nor will i stay again.

Adequate is the best thing I can say about this “hotel”. The room was a room, clean for the most part. No bed bugs as I inspected the matresses before going to sleep. The beds are small but we knew what we were getting, there are no pillow tops as advertised. The WiFi was non existent! “Hacienda” style means there are motel style open hallways. Ours overlooked the courtyard & pool which was better than overlooking the busy highway but it was still loud as patrons that attended the bar & pool downstairs used the courtyard late into the night and we could hear the goings on. Besides a few cosmetic upgrades (mirrors, televisions, side chair, lamps, etc...) this place is really run down. Our refrigerator & phone is almost vintage (fridge made weird popping noises). Breakfast was ok, fresh fruit was really nice. Location is a couple miles outside the more secure Anaheim resort area. I cannot comment on the shuttle as we did not use it. All in all, the room served its purpose, but if you like the feel of the Anaheim resort area (touristy night life, shopping, and tons of food choices) this is not the place for you. We paid just over $100 per night including taxes, parking & breakfast. For some that’s a good value but after this experience I would rather spend a little more to stay within the Anaheim resort area. And in an actual HOTEL.

This hotel was so nice! Front desk is very polite and helpful, rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. Maid service went above and beyond. Only complaint is the shuttle is hard to schedule. The free breakfast is amazing. Very easy drive to the park. Would totally recommend.

Good news first: the front desk personnel were terrific. Now for the bad. I had reserved 2 rooms and 1 wasn’t ready by check in time. My daughter found used soap stuck on the shower wall the first night and took it off—yuck! We ate our included breakfast the first morning and it was horrible- cold bacon, sausage, and hash browns, and the fruit was inedible. We didn’t eat there again.

This hotel was a great deal and I was very pleased with our choice. The bad: Not in the best neighborhood but it is located right off the freeway. Not very close to Disneyland but the free shuttle was wonderful! It's an older but renovated hotel. No clock in room, no microwave in room but available in the lobby. The good: Everything else! The hotel is really nice, great pool are, WONDERFUL HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET! Great staff, free parking, Loved the shuttle! For the price it's amazing what you get. I will absolutely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. However, everything else was substandard. My fiancé and I got a room for 3 nights with 2 queen beds. They are not queens, not even close. They should state that the beds are full-sized, not queens. My biggest complaint however was the shuttle system. You have to schedule what time you want to leave and what time you want to come back. It made my fiancé and I feel stuck at the park, it would be nice if you could just leave whenever you want. Also, the shuttle drivers check to make sure the scheduled people are the only ones getting on, this would make sense if they filled up every time but I don't think I ever saw the shuttle full, or even half way for that matter. Make sure if you schedule a certain time you are there 10 minutes before hand. They leave right on the dot. Our last night in the park there were other names on the schedule and he left right at 9:00. Shuttle drivers are absolutely crazy too. Our first driver in the morning drove down Main Street and took the scenic route, it was nice to see downtown Anaheim. The other driver we had drove insanely fast through the industrial park, through neighborhoods, and was honking at cars. My overall opinion of the hotel is that it is not worth the price. Yes it's kind of in the middle, but next time I would rather spend a little bit more to be closer and be in a better hotel.

The hotel served its purpose. The staff were all very welcoming and nice. The hotel was presentable and clean. The value was great. The hotel is quite a bit further from Disneyland than you would expect, but the free shuttle was nice. With the shuttle you just need to make sure that you plan your trip for the day in advance because they do not run at 11am, 2pm, 3pm, or 7pm. The shuttle drivers were very personable and friendly. They are prompt and we did get left at the park for not being on time by 5 minutes so we had to take a taxi back at 10pm, so be on time if you want to get back to the hotel. The only complaint that I have about the room was that the beds are entirely too small. I am not a fan of a double size bed. I did not know how small they were until this trip. I think that they would work for two people sharing a room but not more than one person can sleep on this slightly bigger twin bed. I had a horrible sleep in the bed for this reason. I am very tall and need a bigger bed. The last negative thing that I encountered was the free breakfast. The food was not good at all. There was a slight variety but not much. On the morning that my family ate at the restaurant, the orange juice was very watered down, the eggs looked as if they may have been powdered eggs and the sausage was not really a breakfast sausage. The french toast sticks were not cooked all the way and were soggy. The fruit was not seasonal and was very bland as was all of the food. So if you are looking for a savings for not having to buy breakfast, this is not the place. We did not eat at the hotel for the rest of the stay. But everything else was great.

This is a good hotel for the price. We thought the breakfast was really good and it’s a really nice hotel, but we were a little further from the park than we wanted to be. The hotel does have a free shuttle, but it wasn’t very convenient, being very limited to when it runs and first come first serve, so it was easier for us to just drive to the park. I would normally recommend to stay closer to Disney, but if that doesn't matter to you, then I would recommend it.
