This is a good motel for Disneyland. It’s about a 25 min walk from the park but even better, it is right next to the Toy Story parking lot so you can take the free shuttle to and from the park which is very convenient. The room we stayed in was great for a family with a king size bed, a bunk bed, and a pull out couch. Having breakfast available at the hotel is really nice. The food was just ok but there were a lot of options and the staff was very nice and helpful. Overall I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean, very warm pool

Very run down hotel. In dire need of remodeling. A/C was broken and cable kept going out. However, staff was friendly and breakfast was ok.

Basic hotel with lots of room in the Family Suite. This was not a fancy hotel but we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was basic eggs and sausage patties. Beds were comfortable and nice having 2 bathrooms to get ready in the morning. I would def stay here again with the way it looks now. It will even be better once it's been renovated.

We liked this hotel much better when we stayed 3 years ago. There were more breakfast options and the rooms seemed cleaner. Now, there are gross stains on the carpet, a bunch of random mismatched towels that are falling apart, and not as many breakfast choices (they took away the daily waffle maker option and passion fruit juice and that was like a deal breaker for the kids) and my kids were so sad. Staff was friendly, just feel like, for the cost, an update is badly needed and cleanliness should be stepped up a notch.

Very nice hotel, good location, clean, friendly staff, nice pool. The only thing not working were both TVs but I didn't go to watch tv so I didn't care

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious and was able to comfortably accommodate my family of 5. Their breakfast each morning was delicious and just what we needed to start our day at the parks. Close to the Toy Story lot and was easy to take the free shuttle there or walk. With our kids the walking was a little too much, so we did the shuttle. The pool was nice and always clean. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

The room was basic, but perfect for our family of 4. Free breakfast every morning, and a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot for a fun day at Disneyland. Everyone working there was nice and helpful.

Our hotel was within walking distance to Disneyland and the Toy Story Shuttle. It had an amazing breakfast and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. It could use some updating but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good choice. We stayed in the kids suite with a king size bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Outlets were scarce with everyone needing to charge their phones, so maybe bring an outlet expander.

They don't have the breakfast buffet, you get a sack to go breakfast. That was one reason I stayed there, I was hoping it would be open again. The front desk was extremely helpful booking a ride to the airport gave me two options, called me and text me ask the information. Hotel is older but the clean. They didn't clean the room for 3 days that we stayed, I just asked for more towels. I like staying here because there is plenty of room for the 5 of us.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Shower was great.

Great Kid Suite! Plenty of room for myself, my husband and 3 kids. Good breakfast and ART bus stop right in front of hotel was a plus! Will absolutely stay again!

Other then the hiccup with our shuttle passes everything was amazing, the room and breakfast were terrific. Pool n laundry great.

At first I thought I was going to love staying here. It seemed nice and the staff was friendly. It was VERY close to the ART bus line, which made getting to Disneyland super easy. The pool area and hot breakfast were great. The breakfast had lots of options (yogurt, hot and cold cereal, English muffins and bread, muffins and donuts, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and make your own fresh waffles). Unfortunately our experience does not warrant a 5 star review. Our first night at the hotel we received a phone call from the front desk. They were calling because someone (I assume below us since we were on the 3rd floor) was complaining about the noise coming from our room. Now, I could understand if it was late or we were partying but it was 8pm. We were walking around our room getting settled and speaking normally. We were not yelling or jumping or anything like that. We apologized and said we would try to be quieter. About 30 minutes later we received another phone call about the noise. We were flabbergasted! Honestly, we have 4 children (it's a hotel by Disneyland after all). There is no way we can keep them completely silent sitting on their beds all the time. We told the staff if there were any more complaints maybe they could move us (or them), because we weren't doing anything! My parents came later in the week and were on the 2nd floor. They said it sounded like a herd of elephants was above them, so that makes me think the age of the building or something makes the noise travel. That was really annoying for everyone.

The front desk people aren’t the friendliest but every thing else is good. House keepers do a good job our room was always clean. The breakfast is decent

The hotel was nice and the evening staff was nice and helpful, Michael to be exact. But two weeks before our trip I called to confirm our rooms and I was told I only had one room reserved, when I had booked and paid for two. I had to contact getaway today staff to get it fixed. Then when we arrived, we were told our rooms had been canceled and had to wait for them to get that sorted out and fixed. It was a little stressful to be 9 hours from home and be told your rooms weren’t available. The hotel is clean and breakfast is great, but could do without the stress of the room mess ups.

The hotel was close enough to walk or hop on the FREE Disney Toy Story Parking lot shuttle. We loved the two room suite with bunk beds! It was perfect for kids.

The rooms were clean and perfect for a family. We had two queen beds and a pull out bed. There was a fridge and microwave that was nice to have so we could buy groceries and eat at the hotel.

We loved the bunk beds and two bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. My only complaint is the breakfast room didn't open until 6.30 and when you are trying to get to Disneyland at 7 it didn't give you enough time to actually be able to eat.

Okay so a few things about this Hotel . We stayed August 30- September 2nd, 2019 1) Family suite was the perfect size for 6 of us 2) Parking was HORRIBLE 3) Pool was so warm that it defeated the purpose of getting away from the 98*/ 65% humidity weather 4) location was NOT "across from " disney .....Its about a Mile + , totally walkable but not what i had in mind 5) spiders in the room seemed to be a issue , Killed about 5 and Im sure there was more 5) Mold was a issue in the bathroom (walls and around door) and no circulation was available either 6) Towel racks were rusted and quite gross to look at :( 7) The breakfast has a good selection and definitely helped with getting a good bite in before heading out for the day . all in all the hotel was decent , price was good for the size of room. Would I stay again ......Probably not my first choice as I have stayed at others on the same street and was more at Ease with those hotels

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great, super close to Disneyland.

We had the best time and loved staying here! They were super accommodating and amazing for large families with young kids.

The staff was wonderful, very efficient workers at breakfast, the maids done a wonderful job, and check in/out was a breeze.

We stayed here with all of my husbands siblings and their children. There were alot of us, so budget and convenience was important to us. This was the perfect place for us all to stay. It was within everyone's budgets, and offered several different rooms types which was very accommodating to us and met each individual families needs. The staff was very kind and patient with our roundy bunch. We loved it here and would come again.

Overall, the hotel was fine for what we needed. We stayed in a family suite, which was comfortable for my 4 kiddos. The breakfast was good, but did not change much from day to day. We had no issues with staff while we were there. The number 1 reason we liked this hotel and may choose it again is the proximity to the toy story parking lot shuttle, though staff won't talk about it. It made coming and going from Disneyland very easy.

I like this hotel, the family suite is great, the breakfast is great. It is close to Disneyland and we could walk to the shuttle to get into the park. I did have a problem with some of the staff and also had some things come up missing which was very disappointing. I don't know if I could trust the hotel to stay here again.

The kid suite was the way to go!! Beds were comfortable & I loved the bunk beds for the kids. Great breakfast each morning with both hot & cold options. Hotel was just shy of a mile from Disneyland & we walked there & back for our 5 day stay with no issues. Hotel staff was extremely friendly! Even the pool was heated! We’ll definitely stay here again!!!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The free breakfast was nice with lots of selection but the food was standard fare motel food. Motel located within 1 mile of Disneyland park, or if you didn't want to walk, the Disney Toy Story parking lot was nearby to ride the free shuttle. My main complaint was the noise! We were on the main level near the parking lot and breakfast area and it was very loud and noisy (both from staff and visitors walking by and talking, kids screaming/crying, cars, breakfast prep, housekeeping, cleaning) starting at 6 am and went until almost midnight. I understand that this type of hotel attracts families with kids, but it was worse than usual. Also the housekeeping was knocking on our door by 9 am to clean our rooms, which seems very early to be disturbing guests (good thing we'd already been awake for hours from the noise). I'd probably stay at here again due to the price, but I'd definitely ask for a room not on the first level (to cut down on all the noise).

This hotel is not super fancy, but has super comfy beds, a great breakfast and an awesome staff. Pool and hot tub aren't huge, but weren't packed while we were there. We had a plumbing problem in our room the first night we were there, and since it would take awhile to fix, we were moved to a new room and refunded for our first night's stay. The staff was very apologetic, and very concerned about making things right, even though we weren't upset about the issue. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was clean and remodeled, just small and no bath- tub in the bathroom, just a shower stall. The beds were kind of uncomfortable and the walls are thin! But would I stay again, yes. You can't beat that price when you know your going to be spending all your time at Disneyland anyway ;) plus they offer free parking through getaway today and free breakfast.

My family and I stayed in a family suite. It was enough room for 4 adults and 4 kids and we were all very comfortable in there, rooms were clean and nice. Although we arrived prior to check in and our room wasn't ready, they allowed me to do the paperwork and leave our luggage so that we could head off to Disneyland. When I came back that evening, all I had to do was pick up my keys and my luggage was already placed in my room for me. The breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. From the front desk clerk, to the valet attendant to the maintenance person, everyone here gave exceptional customer service. Would definitely stay here again!

This is NOT a fancy hotel but it was exactly what my family needed. We spend 12-hour days at the parks and just wanted a comfortable place to sleep at night. We didn't want to waste our vacation money on a fancy hotel that we would only be sleeping at! The breakfast was really great. So many options! The only thing missing was cheese for the breakfast sandwiches. We spent 4 nights here and had totally different breakfasts each day. You could practically pack a lunch with the food options available. It was so nice to come back to a clean room every night when we were so tired from being at the parks all day. The staff were all very friendly. We did use the Toy Story shuttle to come home at night since the parking lot is so close. Saved our feet!

I really like this hotel, the staff is so helpful, the people from the breakfast room are on top of their job, clean,nice people specially a lady named Araceli, she was very patient with my mom cause she uses a wheel chair, so she was nice and helpful with every body, thanks Araceli. Our overall experience was so nice and fun, we sure staying there again.

The hotel had clean rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When the hot tub wasn't running they came right out and made sure it was working. The toy story shuttle is down the street and made it much easier to get to Disneyland and was free. The only thing I would suggest is I wished they had more gluten free options and maybe some cheese for the breakfast sandwiches for my husband. Other than that is was a great hotel and we would stay there again.

Me and my family stayed in the family suite since we have a bigger family. It was so spacious and fit our family perfect. It was a little bit of a walk, so we took the shuttle. We also appreciated having breakfast every day.
