The person checking us in was rude. No elevator to second floor. The was a huge gap at the bottom of the door, at least an inch. We had to put a towel there to help with noise and the weather. They did not leave hand towels or washcloths. I asked them to please leave them the last morning. When we returned to our room no hand towels or wash cloths. They did bring some to our room after calling the front desk. The room was okay. I would never stay there again nor recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel on a mother-daughter trip with friends in late February 2024. Our priorities were location, price, and space and we were satisfied with Del Sol. We visit Disneyland every 1-2 years and travel often. This no-frills motel has a great location within a short walk of the park entrance. The parking situation was crazy, but we didn't need our car for 3 days, so it was fine. The valet was always friendly and helpful. The service was good. We had our own pillows and blankets since we were road-tripping, and that made the thin bedding better. There was a gap under the door. We chose a first-floor room and it was noisy with people above and people walking past the door. But most people at this hotel are on the same Disneyland schedule so it wasn't all hours. The fridge is roomy and we thought the room was spacious enough for four adults and teens. The bunk beds are built for children, not teens over about 5' tall - but we made it work. We had no issues with the cleanliness. This isn't my favorite hotel across the street from Disneyland, but if you want the best location for the lowest price and are OK with a 2-star place, this one worked for us. The service is friendly and they had everything we needed for a great Disneyland vacation.

We picked this hotel based off reviews & location. We knew it was an older place but had been renovated. We will NEVER stay here again. Our first room had an inch gap under the door which made us very uncomfortable as this is a motel style place and led right to outside. The bathroom also had hair all over the floor and mold in the shower. We asked to switch rooms which they kindly did. Second room also had gap under half of the door but the bathroom was a bit cleaner. Looked as though the shower and tub had recently been replaced but still had fuzzy mold growing along the bottom of the toilet. The room had a horrible muggy smell to it and just felt extremely dirty. Socks would turn brown just from walking from the bed to the bathroom. The towels had stains and were old. They also don’t have an elevator so we had to haul our stroller up and down the stairs everyday. We would have switched hotels but arrived on a Sunday and the following day was a holiday so no one was in office at GAT to help us fix it so, by the time someone was in office we only had 2 nights left in our stay. It was just overall not a great experience for us. I will say the staff were nice and helpful. And the location can’t be beat.

Del sol is a no frills hotel but it is clean a huge room a super friendly helpful staff and we felt safe. If you’re looking to save money be close to the main gate stay here. We will be back

They don’t change bedding or clean anything while you are there . They only bring you new toilet paper and towels. It wasn’t very clean

Hotel was across the street from the crosswalk to Disneyland which was great after a long day of walking. The hotel had a pool, parking was packed but they had vallet. Dennys is right in from of the hotel and it's opened 24hrs. Overall a good hotel for the price would stay again.

I would have given a 5 star if it was not for the parking. It was also very close and convenient to Disneyland. The parking lot was WAY too small and guests could not park their own cars. We did not like to not have access to our cars at our own convenience. We had to ask for our keys. There was no overflow parking. Our cars were parked row by row in the middle of the hotel walkway.

Hotel met our needs. It was wonderful to be right outside the entrance of Disneyland to take breaks as needed. Being within walking distance to lots of restaurants and knickknack shops, was great.

The hotel staff were amazing. The layout of the room was perfect. However, the water system is a bit messed up. We either had warm water that wouldn’t turn cold or cold water that took super long to turn hot. Also, they advertised the pool as heated and it most definitely was not. Room service was pretty much none existent.

Great room set up with bunk beds and two full beds. Nice small pool for your rest day. Friendly and helpful staff. It is close to everything you need!

Great location, about a 5 minute walk to the front gates of Disney. There is no breakfast (even though it still appears to be advertised online that they do). Parking lot is very small, but there was always a spot for us. Staff was very friendly. Pool is small, but had a jacuzzi so that’s a plus for me. Rooms are nice, but not much cleaning throughout your stay, just towels and trash right now.

The rooms was extremely noisy. You could hear people walking around on the top floor. As well as when they start the shower. It just was a very loud hotel room.

This hotel is very convenient to the park. The staff is friendly. They have done renovations since the last time we stayed here and they did a good job. I do wish that the rooms had a full length mirror. The beds are a bit too firm for me but were perfect for my husband.

Loved the location (right behind Denny’s across from Disneyland) but did not love the room. The staff was super kind and helpful. It’s a pretty old run down place but it’s cheap. The room always just felt muggy and i did not want to walk around barefoot. The towels in the bathroom were so rough and thin.

I think this hotel is great for adults attending Disney. The bathrooms were really nice but the cleanliness wasn't great and the bunk beds in our room weren't very comfortable. The walk to the park was very short, which was the main reason we stayed here.

We love booking Del Sol Inn. It is affordable, accommodating, and practically across Disneyland. We love that the rooms have two queen size beds and a set of bunkbeds. The only downsize is that the hotel does not have enough parking spaces.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Excellent walking distance to Disneyland. Restaurants are close to hotel. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was great the 20.00 a day resort fee was a unexpected charge

The positives for this hotel are it's location and the staff. It is across the main cross walk on Harbor and down 150 feet (approximately). The negatives are the parking lot (Used for paid parking for Disneyland wich double and triple parks in the lot) and the wheelchair ramps (more than half the time were blocked by cars and multiple rental scooters resulting in waiting for everything to be moved and a emergency exit safety violation). You turn down the driveway to Denny's parking lot and walk down the road (sidewalk is often filled with cars) to get to the hotel. This was tricky in the early morning and closing time as cars were racing in and out. I knew going in this would be an older hotel. Typical things like microwave door getting stuck, toilet running and carpet that turns your socks dirty with a trip to the bathroom. We were in a fairly large family size room with bunkbeds. The bed had cute stairs built in to get to the top bunk. The beds were worn but comfortable. There was no breakfast due to COVID. My son enjoyed the small pool and hot tub. The fridge worked well and froze water bottles in the freezer nicely. The staff tried to help with the wheelchair ramp situation but it took 6 of our 13 day stay before it was not an issue.

Super friendly staff! We were able to leave our bags at the hotel and enjoy the park.

We loved how close the hotel was to Disneyland, but we were not aware that they would make us move our car the last day of our trip. So our last day at Disneyland we had to check out of our room and wait for Disneyland parking to open and since the shuttle isn’t running because of covid we had to make the horrendous trek back into Disneyland. Had we known this ahead of time we would have made better arrangements. All in all the hotel’s locations is awesome.

Great location, it really is right across the street from the main gate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and very accommodating about storing our luggage as we arrived well before check in was available. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, but I wish they would at least put one more chair in the room, there is a desk chair and that's it. The room is not large but since we spend very little time in it, we were comfortable. This was our second time staying at The Del Sol Inn and will book it again on our next trip to Disneyland.

This hotel was close to Disneyland. Almost right across the street! The breakfast was not great but the hotel was right behind Denny's. The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. The bunk beds were small but worked ok.

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. We also liked how there was a Denny's so close. We have nothing bad to say about it.

We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. The distance to Disney made the hotel totally worth it! Breakfast was included every morning which was also fantastic.

The room with 2 queens was roomy. This is a good hotel for someone who is intending to spend their time out and about. The breakfast was below average but is a good added benefit for those wanting to grab a quick bite instead of paying for food at Disney.

The hotel room that we got was a lot cleaner than the picture shown online. The best part about it was the location! It was right across the street from Disneyland and it's surrounded by restaurants and ice cream shops. It was perfect for us!

We loved the small motel feel that this hotel offered. It was nice to get away from the crowds and to come to a quiet place to sleep and relax. The rooms and amenities were just what we needed, nothing too fancy.

We stayed for 5 days. The room was nice, great location. The breakfast is lacking, parking is cramped. The breakfast room is so small you can barely fit. I you aren't there quick enough you might not get anything. Plan on bringing your own food or get some elsewhere. The best value to this hotel is that its proximity to the park. You can self park if there is open spaces but its so cramped. You either have to back out of the lot in reverse or take like a 50 point turn. Rooms were really nice and maid service always did a great job.

The kids/family room has 2 queen beds and a bunk bed that is great for a family of 6. The hotel is also very very close to the park entrance helping keep the walk time short. The breakfast is pretty lame, basically toast and donuts, but I guess better than nothing.

We stayed 5 nights here and had a great experience overall. The parking fee was well advertised and I felt was reasonable for the valet service provided and convenience. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the hot tub was wonderful (especially after a long day at Disneyland). My only complaint is the breakfast. It was very minimal and crowded. We ended up going to the Denny's next door or the McDonald's down the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience beds were uncomfortable, children broke out with bite marks , breakfast was basically cereal and stale donuts and customer service was bad except for one of the ladies in the front desk.

Very short walk to the park. Room was comfortable, but nothing extravagant. We stayed in the kid's room with bunk beds, my kids loved it! The only thing I hated about this hotel, is that the pool is right in the center of the rooms, so while we (and our 4 kids) were trying to sleep, it was very difficult because all we could hear were the other guests screaming and playing in the pool.

Its clise to Disney and that was great, we stayed for 6 nights and every single night we had to call because the top floor would be making so much noise it was hard to get a hood nights rest. We had kids i always make sure my kids are not running and jumping when we get a top floor room at a hotel come on people it courtesy and common sense. It wasnt until the 4 night tbat the front desk offered us a new room. The breakfast very very limited and also they were remodeling the rooms on the second floor a couple rooms down from us the cobstrunction guys kept thrown things down and were so loud. We definitely do no recommend this hotel for a long stay. Try the one next door.

We stayed in this hotel and loved the close walk to Disneyland. Parking cost extra but it was fully advertised in our reservation and therefore not a surprise. It is a small property, so really I was glad to have someone else park in those small spots anyways. Rooms were clean and fairly updated. Breakfast was very basic, we mostly grabbed snacks for on the go anyways. Front desk employees and valet employees were all very friendly and helpful with anything you needed. They seemed genuinely interested in helping to make a good experience. We will stay here again!

The location is to awesome. We walked back and forth to Disney a few times a day. A straight walk to the gate. The rooms were very nice and updated. We had a bunk beds for our pre-teens that are at least 5 feet 7 tall. They were pretty comfortable in them. The only complaint I had was that room keeping did not replace towels and toiletries as they should have. One day they took the covers off the kids bunk beds and didn't replace them. Don't expect much from breakfast. When they say continental that what you are getting on the light side in a very tiny room. They whole place is overall small, but you got Dennys & IHop right next door. They Valet park for you. Those guys are awesome. All staff we encountered were very friendly. If you don't mind a small location, this place will work because of the location to Disneyland. You get what you pay for.

We liked the closeness to Disneyland, but that's about it. The breakfast is poor and the room is tiny. Construction disrupted our walking routes and sent particles raining down upon our car. The staff was rude upon check in and check out. We should've stayed next door!

Good: Very close to Disneyland, clean room, comfortable beds Bad: Nothing but prepared sugary foods and coffee with powdered creamer for breakfast, so buying breakfast was an additional unexpected expense. Also there was an unexpected cost of $9 per night pus tax for parking. Room was VERY small for 4 full grown people to live in for a week. Won't say there again.

Not a great hotel but Closer to the park than Disneyland Hotel. Room ok smelled like cigarettes, Pool ok enough to get wet, Breakfast sub standard.... but super close to the gate.

Great hotel with easy quick access to the Disneyland Parks. Loved the bunk-bed option, though if you have taller children like I do, they may not exactly fit without having their feet hand off the end! :) The only thing I would rate them low on was the amount of noise the maid service carts make when they roll along outside your window (and this seemed to happen at all hours of the day and night). Parking is tight and you might have to wait for valet to move a car so you can get yours out, but it was great for our short trip to Disneyland.

Was not very pleased with the comfort of the beds at the Del Sol Inn. My family has a hard time sleeping so to say the least, we probably won't be staying there again. But my experience with Getaway Today has always been very good. Thank you.

This is a small motel with not much to offer. They had pretty nice rooms with bunkbeds that the kids loved. The walk to Disney was close so that was nice. They had a free breakfast, but be aware that the breakfast room is VERY small. Next time I'd choose someplace with more to offer.
