This is my second trip here for a Disneyland visit. Customer service here is unbelievably great. They go above and beyond to make you happy. The only thing I will say is I wish the rooms and bathrooms were a little more upgraded but other than that they're are fantastic.

hotel staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. we had a standard 1 bed room which was so spacious and comfy. the house keeping were kind and on top of their job it was so nice coming back from a 12 hour day at the park to a made room. the hotel is near so many walkable restaurants and stores which was convenient for fast buys.

Hotel was great. Very friendly staff and helpful. Buffet was great. ART shuttle/bus was the only down fall to this trip. We had to wait about an hour for it to come each day since most times we were out waiting for it the bus was full and they would miss our hotel and head to Disney. The stop is 3 stops to the end so usually the bus is full.

Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit outdated and small. Breakfast was the same everyday. Having a restaurant in the hotel was nice but the food was expensive and a little bland. It was one of the last stops for the disney shuttle so in the mornings you would end up waiting at least an hour for a shuttle because it would fill up before getting to your stop. Overall it was alright but wouldn't stay again

The hotel is large and clean. They did not charge us for parking unlike other hotels, the girls at the front desk were very friendly. The gentlemen in charge of the kitchen, not to mention, very friendly, very helpful, I give 10 stars to these very kind men, they made us feel very comfortable.

Close to the parks, friendly staff and clean hotel. The beds are super comfortable. One of the few hotels which the parking has no cost, and breakfast was included

The Sheraton Garden Grove was perfect for our family’s Disneyland trip. The breakfast is amazing with next level service and the location is ideal if you plan on parking in the Toy Story lot. There’s also a Target across the street with a HUGE Disney section! We’ll definitely return to the Sheraton Garden Grove!

The hotel staff, wait staff and kitchen staff are amazing. Our stay included breakfast and we were surprised to have a lovely meal with top notch wait staff daily. Made to order eggs from the kitchen were perfection. The rooms are clean but dated and the wear is showing. The amazing part was how quiet the rooms are. We never heard a guest above us, next door or even a door shutting in the hallway. Our room was near the elevator and we never heard it. The bed is very firm and the pillows needed replaced. Housekeeping sent new pillows when asked. Our stay included parking. The stalls are small but manageable for our rental. It was an 8 minute drive to Disney. We will stay again if the price is right.

Fantastic employees and great breakfasts. Cheaper to keep car at the hotel and Uber each way to the park instead of parking at Disneyland. Hotel needs some maintenance- one elevator wouldn’t always work, shower took a while to heat up, faucet sometimes dripped-but the good outweighs the bad for sure.

Customer service was great. Every employee we encountered was friendly and kind.

The beds were comfortable, the GAT included breakfast was yummy and filling. The outlets in the room (particularly the bathroom) looked like they needed to be scrubbed or changed however. There was also no clock in the room which I found odd.

I want to thank all of the Sheraton Staff for a wonderful stay!! From concierge to waitstaff, everyone was amazing and wonderful. Thank you so much for my son’s birthday cake and gift! It was the cherry on top for his trip!

good distance to Disneyland. It’s right across the street to target. The shuttle to Disneyland stops right in front of the hotel. The employees were very friendly.

Hotel had the best staff.. especially at the restaurant and the bar. Everyone was very helpful and attentive and gave the BEST service. Shuttle is difficult to get a hold of, therefore uber will be your best friend. Breakfast was awesome and delicious!

Nice facilities. Rooms are up to date. The beds are just ok and the pillows were not firm at all. They have 4 pillows per queen bed which was nice.They were in the process of updating their key system while we were there which was a bit of a headache. We needed to get an old magnetic strip style key to use the pool. They also were changing it so a key was required on the elevator and it wasn’t working properly for a few days. Hopefully they work that out soon. Although we booked two queens for four people, we had to keep requesting two towels everyday because housekeeping would come and take them. Unlike a lot of places since Covid, they have already returned to having housekeeping work in the room every day. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was wonderful. Don’t forget the gratuity even if breakfast is included with your stay. The car stalls are too narrow. A neighboring car or a big dent in our car with their door. It is the furthest hotel south of Disneyland. The ART buses will get you there just fine. The number 3 bus comes about every half hour or sooner. I recommend walking up to the first stop of the three to get on. It is really close and sometimes the buses fill up and don’t even come down to the Sheraton even though there is a stop right at the hotel.Overall we were happy with our stay here and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel was awesome. The food was awesome. The staff was awesome. The only complaint I have is the beds were hard and the pillows seemed as if they needed to be filled. The filling in them was oh maybe I don’t know how I would describe that they were dense, but other than that everything was great. The staff was very very nice. The hotel was clean. Food was good. I can’t say enough about the staff

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room were big enough for 4 people. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room daily for the 4 days we were there. Having breakfast downstairs and a shuttle come in front of the hotel to pick us up was very convenient. I would of love to have a microwave inside the room but other than that I cannot complain! Thank you!

Friendly staff and clean hotel

This staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The receptionist, bell-hop, and restaurant staff made us feel so welcomed and like we were truly on vacation. The hotel itself is simple but the rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious!

The sheraton garden grove was a great hotel,staff was wonderful, breakfast was good. The only downside side was the ART shuttle didn't always stop at the hotel,we learned that on our first night,since we have stayed next door before at the delta we just walked over and got on the bus there,same at the end of the day we got off on that stop and walked. Bed was comfy,the pillows were too flat for my liking but I brought my own pillow so no big deal. The room was updated ,I would definitely stay here again. The only bad thing is..it is closer to the end of the hotels and closer to the bad part of the neighborhood ,we did see alot of homeless people.

I will stay here, for our next vacation to Disneyland! The Staff is wonderful, breakfast was hot, rooms are clean and well maintained, and The ART bus tickets were a great bonus. Great Hotel!

The only inconvenience of staying at this hotel is that it was a farther distance to the park, but getting the ART bus passes make life so much easier! 10/10 recommend if you do not have little kids and a stroller! We will be staying here again for sure!

The Entire Staff at Sheraton Garden Grove were Fanatstic,best hotel experience ever. Anytime I needed something it was taken care of in a very timely matter.The food in the restaurant was excellent.Next time I visit Disneyland, The Sheraton Garden Grove is were I wil be staying.Thanks again for taking care of my family,hope to see you real soon!

The rooms are good size. The breakfast service was fantastic! The servers were so kind and welcoming! I would have appreciated not having to ask for towels on a daily basis however this was not a big deal and as soon as I would ask for them they were delivered shortly. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel was a little more dated than it looked online. Overall it wasn’t terrible but I probably won’t be staying there again. I do feel like rooms should have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was terrible and even though it was included in my package, the staff tried to charge me for it and it wasn’t even good. They also limited what we could eat down to 3 things and said if we wanted anything else, we would be charged. We only ate breakfast there the first day and then decided to eat elsewhere the rest of our stay.

I didn't like the bed it was hard to me, and I didn't care for the down pillows. The bus that is suppose to pick up and shuttle us to Disneyland skipped the route 4 times. We ended up walking over to the near by hotel to get on the bus

Room was clean, bed was more firm to my liking, but perfect for my husband. Room was quiet. Hotel staff was nice and courteous. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was filling to begin our day at Disney. ART shuttle stop was in front of hotel, but wasn't consistent. The stop before our hotel would fill bus and it would skip our stop and go directly to Disney. We had to walk to previous stop (5 min walk).Although it did stop at our hotel, it skipped it when bus filled. This had nothing to do with hotel. I would stay here again.

The bed was not comfortable - it was a spring mattress. The bathroom did not have an operating fan

Great location. Parking was free and plenty of parking. Breakfast was free. I had to keep asking for towels. We were a party of 4 and I kept getting 3 only. I didn't use the art tickets since we don't to disneyland. Across the street from target. Bed were so comfy and soft. Room was very clean.

The hotel was very nice. Quiet! It is further away than most hotels however. A bit far to try and walk. We were excited about the Get away today Perk of the free ART city bus pass so we weren’t too concerned about that BUT… be aware that this is the last hotel stop on the route and it’s full by the time it gets to you. In fact it doesn’t even come if it’s full. This happened the first morning, we waited through 3buses and finally paid the parking and drove ourselves. Didn’t get in the park as early as we had hoped. The next morning we walked next door because it didn’t even stop at ours. We barely made it on. 3rd morning we walked up Harbor Blvd further to a closer hotel and got on. It was very convenient coming home. We didn’t use the pool but it looked ok. Nothing fancy. Free parking was great! We used savings the first morning to go pay Disney to park however. Staff was wonderful. Beds were good.

Lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We did have to ask for towels several times and toilet paper as well.

We just got back from Disneyland and our stay was great!! From the time we drove up the valet greeted us to the checking in, all in between and checking out customer service was kind, helpful and just great! Rooms are larger then expected and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Coffee was fresh and hot. If I had to say something that need improving it would be the parking, there was an even going on so parking was tight and some cars were taking 2 parking spaces, trucks parked in a space way to small for it, which is not the hotels fault. Transportation was easy and fast. Over all amazing stay. Will recommend and also book again.

The hotel was really nice with lots of parking available. The room was decent in size with a big bathroom. The room was very clean and they did little refreshes everyday. When we asked for a full service turn down they did it without hesitation! We had a little trouble with our key cards but the staff was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The shuttle for Disneyland also picks you up right out front so no long walks to a bus station. I would recommend Sheraton to anyone who doesn’t want to spend the money to stay in the park but close enough to shuttle.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms had a lot of space, and places to put your luggage contents away, or just get it up off the floor so you aren't stepping over it when trying to move about the room. The beds are comfortable and the carpets soft on your feet and clean! The breakfast vouchers provided in the GetAwayToday package was so great! We ate delicious and nutritious food every morning to fuel our fun in the park! Our whole family loved the Sheraton and we were very impressed overall.

Wow! Wow! Wow! To the customer service. Fabian, among others, was absolutely fantastic. Multiple times the team went above and beyond for us including a fun birthday surprise at breakfast without being asked. Myself, along with the rest of my party were just blown away by them. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel staff were amazing they offered us additional things we needed and explained the Covid procedures at the hotel. The shuttle to Disney was great. The breakfast each morning was amazing. Fabian and Sal were great hosts greeting us each morning for breakfast taking care of special requests.

The stay was great. It would have been nice to have the front desk clarify the breakfast vouchers. We knew we had a free breakfast buffet every day for our family, but one of the breakfast managers fails in explaining that your buffet breakfast is free and gives you a menu and without realizing it you’re paying $18 for a breakfast plate that that has the same stuff as the free buffet you get with your stay. So just stay your ground and don’t take a menu. Just say you have a voucher for the free breakfast and that’s it. Also, the front desk was not knowledgeable at all about their wifi system. I desperately had to do some work while on vacation and their wifi kept saying that I already had a login but I had never stayed at that hotel nor have a Marriott account. They just shrugged their shoulders and offered no assistance. Finally, let’s talk about the shuttle passes. If you’re planning on getting to the park before open, yeah, expect to get there 1 hour plus after park opens. DO NOT TAKE the morning shuttle. We ended up driving our vehicle to the park and dropping off everyone at the drop off zone. The driver then drove back to the hotel, parked, and took an Uber back to the park for about $11. At night we took the shuttle but plan on a LOOOONG line to get on the bus. The bus came every 30 mins, people ignore the massive line and cut in front, so call them out. Well, despite all the little mishaps, our stay was okay. Nothing great about it. It was a good price for what we got. We still enjoyed our vacation.

The staff at the hotel is amazing as always and the breakfast was so good and convenient for getting a bit before hitting the parks. The rooms were ok, I stayed in this hotel about 8 or 9 years ago.... It looks the same then, except older. The tub would not drain probably, the beds felt like an old mattress, the elevator made some super odd sounds that felt like it was going to stop. Also when you stepped off the elevator s it did not feel welcoming, the floor was really hot and the air ducts just made and old sound from them. Not loud but a little annoying when you are walking to the room. overall it's no it a bad place to stay it just needs a little update so it feel the same price you paid.

Let me start by saying the staff was pleasant and professional. The restaurant was run perfectly and everyone was accommodating and cheerful. The reason I gave less than 4 stars is that no where did it state that they would not be cleaning the rooms daily, or even providing towels and other essentials used daily. On the second day, I requested clean towels and for the room to be cleaned as we left in the morning for dland. We came home that night to a dirty room and not enough towels for us. The garbages were full on the floors so there was no where to dump garbage other than in front of door in the hallway. One of the reasons for choosing to stay here instead of an Airbnb was for the hotel services..we were there for 5 days and not one day did anyone clean our room. Other than that major issue, the hotel is in a great location and again, the employees were always pleasant.

Very clean, 24 hr pool, staff was awesome, across the street from target, shuttle to DL and we had no problems at all. They even had a couple of arcade games they kids played in down time. Really glad we stayed here.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was exceptional. Free parking and a large free breakfast selection with eggs to order. Business center, workout room. Restaurant was being refurbished but they used conference hall to accommodate guest. Shuttle to park was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great! The pool was a fantastic place to relax and spend time together. The staff was kind, and the rooms we clean and comfortable. We really don't have any complaints about this hotel, we would easily stay her again.

The Sheraton Garden Grove was perfect for our family. We had to go back to the hotel each afternoon to allow our baby time to nap. Our big kids were disappointed to be going back to the hotel in the middle of the day, but when they saw the game room, they were happy as clams. We were pleased with the hotel, and the staff, everything was perfect.

We really did like our room and the bed was comfortable. There was only a shower in the room though and it was tough giving my little one a bath/shower at night since she is used to taking baths. Not sure if any of the rooms have baths. Also, it was nice being across the street from Target. My issue with our stay was the shuttle. It is not the ART, but a private company shuttle that works that side of the hotels in Anaheim. The shuttle never had an earlier enough pickup time for us to be able to take advantage of the Magic Morning at Disneyland/DCA. Don't count on using your Magic Morning with their shuttle service. Also, the shuttle would just randomly choose times not to show up for pick up so we would end up waiting 45 minutes for a ride to the parks. The hotel staff couldn't assist with anything regarding the shuttle and the phone number for the shuttle company was basically just an answering machine. Can't complain too much since the shuttle was free, but it was kind of a nuisance for us with having a toddler to keep happy and occupied.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, modern and felt brand new. We weren't expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was because we got such a good deal on it. Get Away Today had a 4th night free promotion going, so we feel like we got a super nice hotel for the same price as some of the cheaper motels. We would absolutely recommend staying here - even without the free night.

Our family loved the Sheraton Garden Grove. Our room was spacious and so much nicer than we were expecting. It was by far one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in for a Disneyland vacation. We also enjoyed using the free shuttle to Disneyland and loved being across the street from Target. We were able to grab some Disney merchandise there instead of in the parks, and it was just as cute, but half the price.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton for a Valentine's vacation and had the best time. We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and loved it then. The hotel had just remodeled the guest rooms and every thing felt brand new. We also enjoyed the location and using the free shuttle to Disneyland. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was just ok. Had several issues such as the breakfast at the restaurant buffet was the same thing every day!!! Wish they would change it up. The ice machine on the 5th floor was busted so every time we needed ice, which was every day, we had to go to a different floor to get ice. The carpets in the halls were so bad and dirty. The mini fridge in our room was ok at best, as the door kept opening and thawing our everything, it didn’t keep temp properly at all even when the door stayed shut. We were supposed to get discount meal tickets every morning because we opted to not get room service every day, and the bell hop would forget every other day to drop it off at our door. Pillows were too soft and you drown in them, they didn’t even put a fitted sheet on my bed so the sheet that they put on would fall off over night. The down comforter never stayed on the bed as it probably needed washed and it was excessively heavy. But the kids had fun at Disney and that is what matters.

Sub par hotel, no breakfast, dirty carpet in both rooms. They were nice to move us after the first night next to the stairwell. Bed was too hard, have to pay for use of fridge or the internet. $10 a day for each, ridiculous. Shuttle was good though. Rooms are large.

The hotel is close to Disneyland and provided a free shuttle. However, we found that the shuttle was overcrowded in the evening when trying to get back to the hotel. The hotel itself is okay but the smell in the hallway was overpowering and the carpets in both of our rooms were filthy and disgusting. They provide a cooler (not a real mini fridge) in the room and want you to pay $10 for a fridge. They also charge $10 for internet access per day.

My husband and I stayed here four nights recently for a little Disney vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, all the right amenities were offered, the shuttle to and from the park was simple and convenient to use and the restaurant was very affordable for a quick breakfast. The entire staff was pleasant, and we'd be happy to stay here again anytime.

When I booked my reservation, I asked for soft beds, I was given hard beds that really felt uncomfortable to sleep on for the 5 nights that I stayed. We also had an issue that required immediate attention. The hotel realized the mistake in our room and immediately remedied the problem which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the lady, Natalie that checked us in. She was very personable and she left a great impression on us. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant. One of the attendants gave us the password to use Wifi which we appreciated. The refrigerator in our room meant for drinks didn't get cold but we had a cooler so no harm done. I believe they wanted us to pay a ten dollar fee to use a fridge. I didn't have an impression that the little thing that is in the room was the fridge they were advertising for rent. One day we missed the Disney shuttle due to the shuttle running late because of someone in a wheelchair. While we were waiting for the next to arrive, a man named Luis came over and let us know he called a cab to come and pick us up because he noticed the shuttle was late and it caused complications for my family. I thought that was nice. Overall I would stay at this hotel again as long as the next time they listen to my request for a soft bed.

Pros: Easy check-in, free parking, kids eat free breakfast, pool was warm, free and easy Disneyland shuttle, walking distance to restaurants, across the street from Target. Cons: Hotel was newer but everything was dirty and worn - carpets were in dire need of cleaning, marks on walls, ripped wallpaper, cracked tiles. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel so it worked for what we needed. Certainly not luxury but very affordable. Would have given 4 stars overall if hotel had been cleaner.

Normally when I purchase a Get Away Today package things go like clockwork. Not this time at the Sheraton Hotel. First when I checked in they could not find my reservations, finally and thank goodness I had brought all my paperwork from Get Away Today with my confirmation numbers listed. With that information they could find both my reservations. Next I was informed by one staff member we had to pay for the shuttle at $3.00 each round trip to the park. My paperwork said complimentary Shuttle. The next morning when I went to pay for my shuttle, much annoyed since the reason I was staying at this hotel was because we had a toddler and needed to be able to go back and forth at any time during the day, I was told that oops staff was wrong and it was free. They needed more shuttles at the end of the day since most of the time in the evening when we left it was standing room only with a toddler. We did not even leave when the park closed, normally it was an hour or two earlier. That is a real problem with a toddler, standing and hanging on to the child and the pole so neither of you fall while being driven to the hotel. Next issue we had was the cleaning staff was trying to clean our room at 8:15 or 8:30 in the morning, we asked them to come back in an hour and we would make sure to get out of the room by then. We stayed for 6 days and out of the 6 days our room was only cleaned twice. To be fair I was able to get clean towels, but the balance of the time I made the beds. The pillows needed to be replaced on the beds, all were totally flat no matter which bed I checked. Only once was the coffee and creamer replaced along with cups. On the plus side I will say that we ordered room service almost every day for breakfast, and the food when it came was quite good, hot and the price was fair. It also came usually earlier than they said it would be delivered.

I liked staying at this hotel. They aren’t too far from the park, but the hotel has its own shuttle, which was actually pretty convenient to use. It runs pretty regularly. Call me crazy as if running around at Disneyland isn’t enough exercise in itself, but I like to get a good start to my day so getting up and using their 24 hour pool and fitness room worked great with my schedule.
