Overall a great hotel!
This hotel was great overall. Rooms were well maintained, very clean, smelled good, and quiet. We rarely heard noise from other guests. Breakfast didn’t have too much variation from one day to the next only change was meat (switched between pork or turkey sausage and bacon) and fruit choice but overall enough choices ( waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt and oatmeal). Coffee, tea and hot chocolate also available. Hotel held a special oogie boogie event on a couple of days of our stay, children were able to treat or treat in the lobby for chocolate, cookie packs and small toys. That was a great surprise and highlight for our kids.
Relaxing for after the parks
The hotel was walking distance to Disneyland. The staff helped us find the easiest route there. The hot tub was the perfect spot to soak our sore feet after walking so much at Disneyland.
Great Stay!
This is a great property. Our room was clean and standard Springhill setup. The hotel says pets are welcome, but I didn't get any pet smell at all anywhere. For transportation to Disney, walk 10+ minutes to the parking structures to the south and use the tram OR use ART right by the hotel. Both options worked great for us.
Great staff!
All the staff from the front desk to the lovely lady that makes the breakfast in the morning are so friendly. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful when I had questions.
Wasn't Impressed
I chose the room for some of the different amenities they had such as a fitness room, jacuzzi, full breakfast, free parking, etc. When we got there, they took $80 deposit to pay for the discounted parking and for any call in requests for snacks. I was not told about this prior. There was no hot water so maintenance came to the room and told us for some reason this room never gets hot water but he would try to fix it. He said it needed to be fixed but they didn’t have time to do it before we got there. He didn’t fix it but instead did something to make the water pressure so forceful, that it hurt. They came to fix it again and did fix the water pressure but still no hot water. We went to sit in the jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland and it was lukewarm. Very disappointing because we were tired and sore from walking so much that day. They told us it was because of the renovations they were doing. Not sure how the jacuzzi is affected by that. We asked about the fitness room and we were told it was down due to the renovations. This is something that should have been brought up or listed on their site so we know ahead of time. We had to go to an outside gym and pay a daily rate due to this. I would have chose a different hotel if the amenities I needed were not going to be available. The hot breakfast wasn’t all that great either. I’ve stayed at other places and they switched the meat up everyday so it wasn’t the same. It would be sausage one day, bacon the next, etc. Here it was either pork or turkey sausage. That was it. Scrambled eggs everyday that were runny. The waffles were good. I wasn’t impressed and was very disappointed. Being under renovations should have been brought up when I booked my room and I should have been told about the amenities not available.
Great Stay but not walking distance
The hotel was very comfortable and made for a pleasant stay. My one complaint is that it is not really walking distance from Disneyland, unless you are between the ages of 12 and 50 and in good health. Otherwise, it is just too far, even cutting through parking lots as suggested.
Issues with the door locks
This hotel has an issue with the room door locks. On a daily basis the room key stops unlocking the door and those staying at the hotel must take their key to the front desk to have it reprogrammed to open the door. This requires waiting in line at the front desk and can require multiple trips to the desk to get right. We also did not have hot water for the evening and morning of our last day at the hotel.
Excellent!
Excellent staff, well organized design great coffee Exceeded expectations and great value for the money!
Great Hotel
Fairly clean hotel. There was construction going on in the hotel during our entire stay but they handled it well. Simple and same breakfast every morning but the price beats having breakfast in downtown Disney. Everyone was really nice and any sort of confusion was taken care of quickly. Also appreciated how close it was to the bus stop. Will definitely go here again if the price stays similar, simply because of the breakfast and ART bus.
Nice hotel but under renovations
The location and access to the ART bus was wonderful. The complimentary breakfasts were nice too. We loved the pool and hot tub as well. The drawbacks were- the lack of hot water and the smell of our room, specifically in the bathroom. The hotel is under renovation so maybe that’s why we didn’t have hot water? I’m hopeful that this was a temporary issue. Regardless, it was a downfall for our family and the smell of the bathroom was pretty strong.
Great Food and Pool
We got a room that could see the Disneyland fireworks at night. The ART shuttle is close by and breakfast was great. We recommend the waffles. They even have snacks and concessions if you are needing something at the front desk. The pool was so fun to swim in every night and not too deep.
Updated and Clean
Enjoyed staying here. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Updated and clean. Decent distance from the park.
Staff was amazing
Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and ready each morning. If your on vacation and wish to swim, the pool is not heated nor is it on the sunny side of the hotel. The hot tub was nice and there was a fire to enjoy. If you are looking for things around the hotel in walking distance there were none.
Super friendly staff
Super friendly staff
Definitely will stay again.
Family stay for Disney. Close to park that we could walk. Rooms were clean, fresh feeling. Fridge, microwave. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of options. All hotel employees would smile and say Hi. Cynthia at the front desk was AMAZING! She is a Disney guru and helped us navigate. She is so upbeat and friendly. Definitely will stay again.
Love the Springhill!
My family loves the Springhill! We stayed here in January for our first family Disney trip in three years and it was amazing. The staff is fantastic and so knowledgable about Disney which we loved. We're used to staying on property, but this hotel is amazing. Free breakfast every morning and a quick ten minute walk to the Disneyland Hotel/DTD security entrance. Very comfortable beds, great bathroom. I am going to give the Springhill Convention Center a try for my next visit in August to see which one is best!
Overall it's a nice place
There are two hotel named the same but located on different roads. When we booked we thought we were booking the other Springhill hotel. That was a little disappointing. The Rooms were clean but they are under staffed right now so check in was delayed by an hour or so. I would recommend calling prior to arrival to see if your room is ready. Hot tub is super tiny and always full of really young kids so it’s not really relaxing if you plan to soak after a long day in the parks. Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety. The best part of this hotel is they have a 12 pm check out. We appreciated that after long days at Disney. The front desk staff was nice and really pushed the ART bus for shuttling ….but they gave incorrect information. It’s very inconsistent and completely stops running from 10:30 am -6:30 pm. So if you are hoping to run kids back for naps, you have to request one and it takes forever! I don’t recommend buying a pass. Morning was less chaotic than nights. We always had to walk back due to the inconsistency of the bus. Several police officers that patrol the bus loading area said ART transportation is the worst. We took it most mornings but walked back at night. Due to the staff shortage, you do have to request to have your room cleaned and fresh towels each morning otherwise they won’t come. They almost seem to discourage using housekeeping services. We often just had to go ask for towels at the front desk. We made our own beds which was fine. Overall it’s a nice place.
Great
Great location, easy shuttles access to Disneyland, FREE Breakfast, and super helpful staff.
Good but no warm water
Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. The rooms were clean. The issue I ran into was the water would NOT get hot. It barely would be warm. We were already in the room and ready to shower, it was too late to bring this to the hotel's attention.
Great hotel
Spacious, super helpful staff, free continental breakfast, shuttle to Disney directly in front
One of our favorite hotels
This Hotel is one of are favorite Hotels. We have stayed there 4 times now. The staff is friendly. They have a really good free breakfast each morning. The beds are so comfortable. It is clean and Get Away Today was running a third night free when we went this year. The Fire Works were right outside our window. We were literally right next to where they light off the fireworks. They have a nice suite that my daughter and 3 kids stayed in that was 2 separate rooms, and a kitchen, they said they liked it more the the Disneyland Hotel, that they stayed at the first 2 nights of our vacation It had more room and at a super great price.
Hands down best bang for your buck
We stayed for 7 days at this place and will be returning (hopefully yearly). Hands down best bang for your buck. Cynthia and her front desk team were incredible. My kids ended up calling her Aunty Cynthia. The breakfast was always hot and a super must for our family. All in all, you cannot go wrong with this place. ART bus picks you up in front of the hotel as well. The staff helped us navigate the app so that we weren't stranded.
Very enjoyable stay
We enjoyed this hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room has plenty of seating. We liked our King room/bed. The hot tub was enjoyable, but felt small. They had a place to enjoy a fire pit out front in the evenings, and if you time it right, you can see some of the fireworks. The downside was the small bathroom. There wasn’t much counter space around the sink for getting ready. Also, the walk from Disneyland can be very hard at the end of the day.
Helpful staff and great breakfast
Staff was super kind and helpful anytime we needed anything from extra towels to recommendations for food. Breakfast each morning was good with waffles, scrambled eggs and a protein of some sort plus cold cereals, oatmeal, fruit and juice assortment.
Great hotel for our trip
Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and quiet room, nice pool and hot tub, good, basic breakfast buffet, and the coin laundry machines were a bonus (though at $8 for a load, a bit pricey). My only complaint was that the pullout couch/bed mattress was flimsy. It was fine for a child but I wouldn't recommend the pullout for an adult.
Great experience at this hotel
About a 15 minute walk to the park, but there is also an ART stop right outside the hotel. Wonderful customer service. Great beds. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean when we requested it. Breakfast was okay. Need more options for those with dietary restrictions.
We love this hotel
This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. I love the proximity to the park. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I never feel like I am being a bother. The hotel is very clean overall. If there is any thing I would change would be the pullout sofa - it was sufficient but the mattress was not comfortable especially after sleeping on it for a few nights.
Good location
Good close enough to walk to Disneyland
This hotel is amazing!!!
This hotel is amazing!!! The staff is so attentive and very helpful with any and all questions. We felt very welcome and felt like it was our home away from home during our Disneyland/California Adventure trip!
We would absolutely stay here again.
The staff at the hotel was beyond friendly. The front desk staff was always so warm and welcoming and helpful. It was very similar to staying at a Disney property with cast members. The room was large and spacious. We enjoyed having a seating area with tables and a desk, as well as a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. There was a huge walk in closet, which was awesome for stowing luggage and all of our clothes. The beds were comfy and the room was spotless and very clean. It is quite a walk to Disneyland, about 20 minutes to downtown Disney security, and the ART bus system was not always reliable, but a Lyft was about $7, so it wasn’t too bad. We would absolutely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time staying at Springhill Suites for a week. Check in was great, and everyone at the front desk was so helpful during our trip. Cynthia has all of the best tips for your Disney trip. Our room was impeccably clean. You can request a cleaning the day of with the front desk if you need housekeeping service. We were very impressed with the breakfast offerings. Belgian waffles, varieties of eggs with fixings, pastries and bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juices and coffee. For a hotel breakfast, we were quite happy! The pool was fun, we enjoyed the seating area with the fire pit and Disney fireworks one night, and we even walked several times to Downtown Disney. Parking at the toy story lot and shuttle is SUPER close. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again for a trip to Disneyland.
I would definitely stay here again
Overall, a great hotel to stay at if visiting the parks. The hotel is close to the parks and takes 15-20 minutes to walk to. Hotel is nice overall, but is showing some wear and tear. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Covid protocols could be better. The breakfast was served buffet style with lots of people touching the utensils that were never cleaned or swapped out while we were eating. Also, the area tended to get dirty and not kept clean during breakfast. I would definitely stay here again with the staff being so nice and helpful, the close proximity to the parks, and large sized rooms.
Loved our room!
Friendly, helpful staff! Loved our room view for fireworks.
Great breakfast, customer service, and rooms
Great customer services. Breakfast was amazing, house keeping was nice and room is comfortable
Fantastic stay andgreat value!
This hotel was fantastic! We always stay on Disney property but we were trying to be more value conscious this time so we chose Springhill Suites. The rooms were lovely, the staff was helpful and friendly, the facilities were great, and the breakfast had lots of options. Surprisingly we were able to see the fireworks out our hotel window the first night! It was a longer walk to Disneyland than it seemed on paper, but such a great value it was well worth it.
Great hotel
Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff and helped us accommodate a last day request.
Impressed by this hotel
Staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety. About a 25 minute walk to Disneyland. Pool and whirlpool were nice. Very clean! We stayed 5 nights and we’re impressed by this hotel.
Great hotel - definitely recommend
The hotel was overall great. We are park openers and closers so we don’t tend to spend to much time in the room so when we look at places to stay, we want breakfast, spacious rooms and walking distance to the park. This definitely fit the bill. The breakfast was typical but perfect start. The rooms were spacious and had a pull out sofa couch that made sleeping arrangements perfect. The hotel is within walking distance. However if the team at the parking structure was open we probably would have drove. Since the parking structure for Disney is so close to the hotel and the tram not operating, it didn’t make sense to pay for parking at Disney just to still have to walk that route. It did take us about 25-30 minutes to get to Disney. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again!
Exceptional Hotel!
The hotel itself was exceptional. The staff was kind and the room, lobby and pool area were extremely clean. The only issue my husband and I had was the ART bus. It was never reliable and never showed when it was going to. We wasted $40 on purchasing tickets to ride the bus because we only used it once. Every other time we waited for 45+ minutes and then ended up walking our 3 small children to and from Disneyland. I would recommend having your own transportation system- one that is better managed and more reliable. We would absolutely love to stay at your hotel again, but the transportation system needs to be worked on.
Clean and Comfortable!
The front desk staff was VERY helpful with tips on how to do Disneyland. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback that I had was the housekeeper walked in on us early morning despite us putting the "getting more rest" sign on the door. I notified the front desk of this and asked them to speak with the housekeeping staff.
Best Hotel!
The best hotel I have ever stayed at, Cynthia at the front desk is the best
Great Overall Stay

Convenient location
Rooms are clean and breakfast is good, close to Disneyland definitely will recommend.
Excellent hotel
Thank you for the great stay. Your staff was so helpful and friendly. My room was always clean and replenished when needed. Your hotel has a great location that was close to Disney but also far enough away from the hub for tranquility. Keep up the great work of providing a nice but economical place to stay while visiting the Disneyland parks.
Loved it
Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Pool area was clean, towels provided at pool side.
Such a great hotel
Clean hotel, good beds, good staff, and great breakfast selection. We were very pleased with everything.
Glad we stayed here
We loved our hotel! It was nice and spacious! Clean. Had a wonderful selection of breakfast each morning. The only thing is that it’s a tad bit further than our last hotel. I underestimated the walk especially going through downtown Disney. It took about 20-30 minutes to walk from our hotel to Disneyland, but we did it! And it was still great!
Helped us celebrate
They were amazing! The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from, and when we arrived they knew it was my grand daughters birthday and had a banner, stuffed disney animal and a goody bag for her. The bus picks up right in front of the hotel which makes it super convenient to use the ART.
Good for large groups
Wonderful hotel. we always stay here when we go to Disneyland. Room can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Great breakfast, kids love the pool and hot tub, friendly staff and easy access to Disney shuttles to and from the park.
So pleased!
We arrived early and the staff let us check in early! Upon our arrival, our King Suite wasn't ready so we were offered a two queen suite, which was actually better for us they just didn't have it available upon booking. So that was a win! They also gave us a room that overlooked Disneyland so we could watch the fireworks right from our room! The room was very clean and quiet, the only downfall was the water pressure in the shower as it took forever to wash our hair with such low pressure. But that was very minimal. The breakfast was amazing! They had different meat options everyday from bacon to sausage to hashbrown/sausage scrambles. It was amazing!
Our go-to hotel
Perfect hotel to stay in! Rooms were clean and roomy, and the breakfast was great! The best part was that it was walking distance to Disneyland. It’s perfect if you have little ones that fall asleep in the stroller and you don’t want to wake them to take the shuttle home. It’s only about a 15 to 20 minute walk with little to no traffic and the area was not sketchy. We will definitely be staying here every time we go!
Will return!
Great Hotel, great location, awesome breakfast, excellent staff. I will be staying here again.
Perfect
Great experience
Great room
We were able to see fireworks show from our room.
Great value with free breakfast
This is a typical Springhill Suites - nothing spectacular, but nothing to make me leave a bad review. Our families took the ART or Uber. It's not really close enough to walk, and we didn't venture the 15 minute walk to/from the Mickey & Friends Parking tram. Pro's: - Good breakfast. - Clean rooms. - Staff waived our parking and early check-in fees. Cons: - Unlike other Springhills that I've stayed in, our toilet & shower rooms were not separated, which was a challenge for our larger family to share. - Night staff was unresponsive to requests and did not answer the desk phone.
Complimentary breakfast!
Hotel was clean, best customer service, good breakfast and close to Disneyland!
Loved the pool
I wish the pool stayed open a little later. We would have loved to come back and relax in the hot tub after being at the Park until late.
Super comfortable and spacious
It is a bit of a hike to the park gate from springhill but the hotel was quiet and the room was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and we loved the separate couch area.
Overall Great
Helpful staff. Biggest issue:Elevators were having issues. One evening neither elevator was working.
Nice clean room!
This hotel is very nice. The bed was really comfortable. The room was extremely clean. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the free Disneyland Tram or you can catch a bus in front of the hotel for $5.50 (Save your money take the tram). The hotel breakfast had a lot of options (I don't eat breakfast so I did not try it but everyone else seem to enjoy it. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value and location.
Good Disneyland Vacation Hotel
An A++ to the staff and costumer service. Everyone was super friendly (check-in, breakfast and cleaning staff). Whoever cleaned our room everyday took the time to creatively place my daughters beloved stuffed animal collection in cute posses on the bed! It absolutely made her day. Everyone said hi and smiled and we loved this. The room was clean and comfy and we liked being able to walk to the park although sometimes we would just take an uber because we were too tired. We LOVED that the pool was well maintained AND heated so we could relax after a long day at the park. Breakfast was ok. I liked how they offered oatmeal and various toppings and my kids always groove on the make-your-own waffles. My only recommendation would be to have an extra mirror SOMEWHERE else besides the bathroom. It was a little difficult with the 5 of us to have the only bathroom space combined into one with a glass shower door so that it was absolutely off limits to those who value their privacy. I would have to do my makeup and hair in the tiny mirror of my compact because all 5 of us had to share the bathroom to get ready!! Overall, I would come back here again and I would recommend this hotel
Great Value
We stayed in the King/Sofa Bed Studio Suite from Jan 10th - Jan 14th and greatly enjoyed our stay! We checked in super late on the 10th and used Lyft to get from LAX to the hotel. The staff was super nice and friendly, from the moment we checked in until AFTER we got back from the park the afternoon that we checked out! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, there was a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee make in the room - perfect for a long stay or a family that wanted to save money by eating in the room. The bathroom was also very spacious, there was a stand-up shower and there was a lot of counter space; the lighting in the bathroom was great! We were able to walk from Downtown Disney to the hotel, it was about a 15 minute walk! However, we only did that our first day there and took a Lyft every other time (about $6 or $7 each way). There was breakfast available from 6:30 am - 9:00 am on Friday and I believe until like 10:00 am on the weekend. We ate at the hotel before heading to the parks and loved the offerings! There was Apple and Orange juice, many types of milk and yogurt, bagels, muffins, croissants, biscuits, toast, different spread for the bread (nutella, jelly, butter, etc), as well as cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon, and granolas! On the day that we checked out, we wanted to go to the parks before our late flight and the front desk told us that they could store our luggage in their back office as long as there was space for them! Overall this trip was fun, but the hotel was AMAZING!
Fantastic experience at the Springhill
Spacious rooms with a delicious breakfast. Met our needs in every way! Rode the ART shuttle to the park. One day we walked through Downtown Disney to the park- it was a little long but nice at the beginning of the day. Glad to have the shuttle passes for afterwards. Little things like the yummy suckers at check-in were a hit with my kids. The staff loved our family and I think I got a better room because I was with Get Away Today. You can tell a lot of their guests stay here.
Hotel was ok.
The hotel was clean - the rooms, workout area, community restrooms on main floor - all of it was clean. Housekeeping went through our room around 9AM each morning and were thorough. The set up of the room was odd. The bathroom was directly in front of the beds and didn't have a separate vanity space. This created a challenge when everyone was trying to shower, brush teeth and dry hair. Biggest issue with the room was the smoke detector. At night, the light would blink VERY brightly about every minute or so. Was told this was in proper working condition. We ended up sleeping with towels over our eyes, so that we weren't awaken by this light. (Bring an eye cover!) Loved that the ART bus picked us up in the parking lot. (Walk over to Disney is about 20 minutes if you chose to do so.) The other downfall to this hotel, was location. There were no restaurants within walking distance. Theme park food gets old fast and we were definitely craving veggies and a good meal. The breakfast onsite was ok. Eggs were definitely from a carton, watery and no taste. The breakfast space fills up quick, so plan to be there early.
Great Hotel that Includes Breakfast
This was a really awesome hotel. Our flight got in ridiculously early and they held our bags while we went to Downtown Disney. They even let us check in a couple hours early. The beds were comfy and the room (a suite) was spacious and clean. I was a bit surprised by the carpet in the rooms. Since this a new hotel I sort of assumed there would be no carpet in the rooms. Of course, said carpet looked a little worse for the wear but otherwise it was a great room. Water pressure in the shower is no joke so if you have little ones consider giving them a bath and bring a cup for rinsing. The breakfast was plentiful but if you arrive late in the morning during summer rush go ahead and pretend you are at the parks because there are lines for everything. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very walkable to the park area although I would take an Uber/Lift or Art bus at night. There is no walkable food other than Downtown Disney. So if you want to eat dinner or lunch not at the park you will need to walk to Downtown Disney or take an Uber/Lift elsewhere. Overall, it was a great hotel and is a real value for the money.
Not within walking distance to restaurants etc.
Gnats flying in the room Muggy in the hallways and lobby Beds were comfortable Nice bathroom Staff was friendly No restaurants surrounding the hotel, just a gas station on the corner.
It was okay
We had a two bed, plus pull out couch room. The room was large and clean, with a huge bathroom and walk-in closet. The pullout sofa was so uncomfortable that my teenage sons chose to share a bed and put my 9 year old twins on the pullout, which they only slept in the first night then chose the floor over a bed. The one tv in the room was in front of the partition wall that separates the couch from the beds, so you really couldn't see it from a bed or the couch. The fire alarm went off around 3am one night because someone was smoking in the stairwell. The breakfast was pretty good, small but a decent variety for a free breakfast. We went in the off season and it was hard to find a table, I'd imagine it being near impossible during peak travel times.
No Complaints! Roomy Good counterspace in bathroom
stayed 5 nights! Large clean rooms! Super quiet! Stayed @ many hotels and this was the most quiet. Higher ceilings, more spacious appeal. I was put off that there was not a bathtub, but the jacuzzi on the pool area allows for decompressing after a day at the parks. The shower is very large & clean. Cleaning service was fabulous & in room coded safe were appreciated. Breakfast had a decent variety and was kept very clean. We are trying it’s “sister” Springhill Convetion location closer to the main side of Disney this trip....we hope they won’t disappoint...if so we will def be back @ this location!!! We requested top floor & got the 2 just below...worked out fine here. We would just walk to the front side of hotel & watch fireworks.
Great hotel
There are a whole lot of pros to this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was easy and convenient which is not the case with many others. The rooms are nicely updated with very comfortable beds and all white linens. However my adult son was going to sleep on the pullout couch but it was not very comfortable so he chose to just sleep on the couch itself as it was long and the cushions were like memory foam. Extra linens can be found in the big walk in closet. The bathroom is very spacious although it must be noted, only had a shower so maybe hard for families that need a tub. Breakfast was on the average side, not great not horrible. A few hot items such as eggs, sausage and waffles. There is also easy accessible laundry room on site. Walking distance to the parks is a bit long but to cut out a bit of walking, go out the back parking lot and cut through The Holiday Inns parking lot. After a long day in the parks, any shortcut is welcome. My only major complaint is carpet in the rooms. I hate this and wish they would replace with hard floors for the sake of cleanliness. We did not use the pool but it appeared clean and well maintained. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who do not have very small children due to lack of bath tub and the walk. Otherwise a great hotel!
Wonderful!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, comfy beds, good water pressure, etc.! My party and I got to the hotel 3 and 1/2 hours earlier than check-in at 3 pm, so we decided to see if a room was available for us -- and there was one! It was amazing! We were ecstatic with the hotel's quick service. The only downside is that the hotel is actually quite a long walk to the park, at least 25 minutes one-way. I definitely recommend.
Great Place To Stay!!
My Family and I were really happy with this hotel all the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was super clean and beds were comfy. The walk to the park was not to far plus free breakfast it was GREAT!!
Quality Service
The hotel and staff were awesome.
Loved this Hotel
Great hotel, good walking distance to Disneyland, pretty good breakfast and friendly staff! Would stay again
Convenient location and good breakfast
This hotel is close to the park entrance and conveniently located above a CVS. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are nicely laid out. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Disneyland.
Loved loved loved
So comfy and clean. Close enough to walk to Disney. Everyone was so nice.
Wonderful Place
I really liked this hotel. Staff were friendly and so helpful. We arrived at 12:00 and they let us check in early. I would defiantly recommend this hotel for Disney goers.
Best for your buck!
The employees at this hotel are amazing and super helpful and friendly, always had a smile on their face when you came across them. The rooms were amazing and super clean ALWAYS! We were lucky to get our room facing Disney park and were able to see the fireworks from our window every night. I have no bad things to say, this hotel made our experience that much better! Planning our second trip and we will definitely be staying here again. : )
Great for a Family of Mostly Adults
My young adults loved the breakfast, the swimming pool and the work out room. The service was great! The room was very comfortable.
Clean high quality hotel, within walking distance to Disneyland, Nice full breakfast for free!
We loved this hotel- clean, high quality rooms, full breakfast (free), easy access walking to Disneyland shuttle/Downtown Disney. My only wish is that the beds were bigger (queen size instead of full)...
Loved it
THIS IS THE NICEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT IN MY MANY TRAVELS TO DISNEYLAND. I have stayed at many hotel close to Disney but i will definitely be staying here again. Great breakfast, clean rooms, great staff always willing to help( I even had to send a package and they helped me with stuffing for the package), comfy beds, loved it all. The only 2 complaints I have are didn't like the shower head, and the light on the smoke detector was bright at night when flashing. But all hotels have those same things
Super good value for NEW CLEAN HOTEL
Now when it comes to cleanliness I notice everything. Yes I'm one of those. This hotel was so clean and fresh! Service was great! Breakfast was very good but they could add donuts lol. Comfy beds, nice walk in closet! Spa could have been a little hotter. Overall i know I will come back to this hotel again! ART transit every 20 minutes! No walking for us! It was a super fun Disneyland vacation!
Great Hotel for the Price!
We stayed 6 nights at this location and were very satisfied! We had a slight issue with the air conditioner breaking but they fixed it right away which was fantastic. Breakfast during the week ends at 9:30 but do not wait until the end because they run out of food! Breakfast choices were great.... oatmeal, bagels, cereal, waffles, eggs, juice, yogurt, fruit. Easy quick walk to the Disneyland Tram. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Very comfy pillows on the beds!
very nice rooms
The breakfast needs to have hash browns on the buffet .
I will not stay again.
I had to go to the front desk for my key almost everyday I was there. I was made to think it was that was an inconvenience for having them to fix my key. The breakfast was not the best. There are no restaurants near this hotel. I also do not feel this is main gate. I have stayed near main gate before and this is not it.
Close to Disney, Very Nice Rooms and Great Breakfast
Love this hotel. Had stayed at a Springhill in Vegas and this one was just as wonderful. Having 8 little ones with me, the value of breakfast included was phenomenal. Nice clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again!
BEST VACATION EVER!!
This hotel was absolutely perfect for our Disney trip! The rooms are very spacious and fit our family of 4 with room to spare. The in room microwave and fridge were an excellent way to save funds during our trip by hitting up the Walmart down the street and keeping food items and snacks handy. The breakfast was great, the make your own waffle bar was the coolest thing! Hot and fresh waffles with all the fixings. You do need to get down there and eat a bit early or you'll miss out. They do a really great job of keeping it stocked, but on a Magic Morning things go pretty quickly. The staff was super helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed the fact that this is close to Disneyland, but not so close that it's crazy outside. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the ART bus will pick you up right out front and drop you off at the entrance to Disney. We will definitely stay here again, and recommend it to everyone!!
Awesome hotel!
Great rooms, friendly staff!
EXCELLENT STAY!!!!
Would definitely stay here again. Hotel was close to Disneyland, we were able to walk and avoid the crazy traffic. The staff and breakfast was great! Would highly recommend staying here.
Perfect all around!
I am so glad we decided to go with this hotel. Everything worked out great from check-in to check-out. We arrived a little early and our room was ready so we got to drop off our bags and head to Disneyland! Our room was very close to the elevator which was a plus after a long day at the parks. Parking was free and plentiful! Location to Disney is very close but for our family, we chose to use the ART for transportation to and from the parks. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was awesome and the area where you eat is so clean and welcoming. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again on our next Disney vacation!
Great Hotel
Great Hotel, enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.
Overall enjoyed our stay
Loved this hotel only couple minor of complaints was not really any place to leave a small light on at night and the breakfast was a big let down compared to rest of the hotel. Otherwise the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and it was a great location!
Impressive, 2 thumbs up
This hotel was wonderful! Comfortable beds and modern. Great complimentary breakfast with various foods. It is a 20 minute walk to Disneyland though we mostly used the ART transit. And the customer service was awesome.
Spacious rooms!
Big family, big spacious rooms was a nice surprise. Wish there was a sliding divider from the tv sitting area. Beds were comfy, front desk super friendly. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. Spent about $12 on their dryer machine..please fix them both! Hot coffee in the lobby all day and night would have made this 5 stars. We walked 3 out of 4 days to DLand. The ART pass is 150% worth it. Comes every20 minutes, you won't be sorry. Also, keeping the pool open until 1030p would be nice after coming in late. They were nice and let a bunch of us stay 15 minutes longer after a long hot day.
Excellent Hotel
This hotel was clean, comfortable and had friendly and helpful staff. The walk to Disneyland was nice and short. The only thing that could have been better would be for the pool to be a bit bigger. Overall, this place is great and we'll be staying here again!!
Okay hotel
Breakfast didn't taste great, but it was complimentary. Staff was friendly and it was mostly clean. They did not interact with us much but was helpful when we did ask questions.
Great hotel
The staff was absolutely great! Upon arrival they provided the kids with Disney pins, and went to their secret stash to let them pick one more! Wish the sink was separate from the main bath, but other than that this was a top notch place to stay. The walk to the park is at least 15 minutes with little ones, and the walk back is longer with sleeping little ones, but with a large party, (14) it saved lots of money on the shuttle. Too bad they don't offer a free shuttle to the park. The beds were very comfortable!
Nice find
Clean and comfortable! We will definitely use this place again.
Great family rooms!
Customer Service was amazing! The hotel is kept clean and breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel. The only downfall was that the beds were not the best and parking can be slightly difficult without using the valet but otherwise this hotel is great!
AMAZING HOTEL
We had a blast! It was so easy to book the vacation. And having the rooms and tickets paid for in advance made it more relaxing. We especially love the Spring Hills Suites! What a wonderful place! The staff was incredible!! Thanks for helping us make amazing memories!!
