Hotel was great! The variety of breakfast foods that are complimentary with your stay are great and there’s plenty, hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, showers are nice and warm, outdoor pool is clean and good temp, security is nice and felt safe, places to eat and entertainment are close by including Universal Studios, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

While staying at the Holiday Inn with my family of 4, we experienced clean rooms, kind and attentive service, and overall a comfortable stay. Great security taking care of the property at all times, and I liked the fact that guests need a key for elevator access. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would book with them again when possible! It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is clean, safe, and comfortable, thanks holiday inn!

Exuberant overall Service, Amazing Customer Servise, pleasant and extremely friendly staff, all had great attitudes and smiles. Our stay was GREAT and worth every penny !

This hotel stay was very nice, clean and well stocked. Complimentary Breakfast was well received and had much to offer in most areas but may want to consider aging more vegan options. Oatmeal has dairy in it and the other items were fruit and it was fresh. But all of the main items were great and plenty of seating to get your sat started. Staff was so nice and helpful for everyone we encountered. Security was present and diligent. Great spot and will stay here whenever I’m in town.

Reminder that you do have to pay for parking. It aint cheap.

Hotel was great, area where it is located not so much.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! It was less than 10 min to Universal Studios, less than 20 min to Hollywood Walk of fame. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The front desk hospitality was great (they called to confirm everything was up to my standards 10 min after getting to our room). The pool was great (no hot tub) but we didn't mind! We took advantage of the free breakfast Sunday morning and it was stellar! Fresh bacon, yummy pancakes and tons of other options!

The hotel had everything we needed for the stay. Not a great area but we had all the amenities needed for the stay. Unfortunately there was no parking on one night and was asked to park in the street. They should have never run out of parking spaces.

Great hotel, rooms and service were above average. Not a great area around hotel, but inside the hotel, it was great for what we were doing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stocked. Parking was easy. The entire hotel was clean and safe. Perfectly located for what we wanted to do. We would stay here again.

This hotel was awesome, location didn’t have much around it but a Denny’s and a Mexican restaurant but what more do you need? The staff was amazing and made us feel so at home! It was super clean you could tell they took extra effort to keep it that way. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want! Lastly our room was very comfortable and the second floor outdoor heated pool was a hit for my son!

It was very clean they had lots of stuff to offer: free toiletries at the front desk, free breakfast and hot coffee every morning. However the fridge did not work and i called several times and no one fixed it.

Hotel was clean, we got great service and the free hot breakfast was a nice option. It's in a strange place but it's close to lots of restaurants and the place was really quiet

Nice room, excellent service. I asked for a bday cake for my son and we got the cake, a balloon and a bday card from the staff. That was very nice and really appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn express.

The hotel and staff are great. The area where the hotel is less than desired! I wouldn't plan on going out much from this hotel on foot.

Hotel and Included breakfast were Great :0) Underground train a couple blocks away to Universal and Walk of Stars was Super Convenient.

A great, lower cost option for families. The hot breakfast was perfect, kids enjoyed the pool and our room was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

We were so excited for our vacation but worried about staying in Hollywood. This hotel was great, we felt safe and comfortable and never had to worry! The pool was fantastic and the room very clean and spacious. We will stay at this hotel again during our next visit to Hollywood!

My family really enjoyed this hotel! The Kids loved the pool as well as the great free breakfast each morning! The hotels parking lot is well lit and the elevator requires a room key to go up to the rooms, we felt safe and comfortable. The transportation to Universal Studios was a quick walk to the train, it was convienent and didn't take long to get to the park. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we will come back to the Holiday Inn on our next trip to Universal Studios.
