Great location
Great hotel to walk to universal and only 6 min away from POP Hollywood

The hotels hospitality was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have a mini fridge and small microwave which is wonderful!
Good hotel
The rooms are nice. There was hair on our bathroom floor, though and parking is tight. Breakfast is limited not much of a variety but overall friendly staff and close to universal studios. They should have a shuttle ...

We had a great experience. It was clean staff was friendly.
Room to Improve
The hotel was ok but the service not so great. I had to ask for extra towels 3 times one day. On another day, they didn't come to clean the room and they still charged me the cleaning fee for the day.
Fun Themed and Clean Rooms
This hotel was the perfect icing on the cake to our Hollywood vacation! The rooms had such a fantastic array of decor and little details which made it above and beyond anywhere else we could have stayed. The rooms were clean and well taken care of each morning. We were very close to Universal Studios and the staff was very helpful in helping us find our way there.
Fun Theme and Fun Time!
We loved the Hollywood theme at this hotel! It made our trip so special, to go to LA, Universal Studios and then to stay in a themed hotel was the icing on the cake. We loved every minute of our stay.
Close Enough to Walk
We loved this hotel, it was close enough to easily walk to Universal Studios. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We don't have any complaints, would recommend to friends.
Good value!
I am going to give this hotel a 7.5. Here is what I liked. The beds were nice and comfy, we slept great! The decor was ok. It looks exactly like the picture posted. Overall the rooms were clean. The customer service was great. All the staff that we worked with was friendly and quick, and they gave great recommendation on sites to see. There is also only 20 rooms in this hotel, so you don't have a lot of crowds to deal with here and finding parking was not an issue. The distance from Universal Studios is walkable, but a good portion of the walk is uphill, so be prepared. We took an Lyft to Universal Studios, which averaged from $6 to $8 with a tip included. What I didn't like was, the room did have a lot of moisture. I don't think this would be an issue in the summer. Also there was a small amount of mold in the bathroom. I think if you want save and average of $400 on room that you will rarely be in then go for it. I will be keeping this hotel open as an option for me and family. Once again, I cannot stress that the customer service was great. They also have a light breakfast available with your stay. There is also a Starbucks and a sit down breakfast spot across from the hotel.
