Good hotel for the price!
A few things to be aware of on this hotel. In the pictures it looks like it's really fancy and nice, but it has two parts...a really fancy and nice side, and a "budget" side. The budget side is economical. It's clean (that's good), very small, and motel feeling. Just so you are aware of this ahead of time. The elevators and stairs are not very well marked. There is NOT a free breakfast (like we are used to at Disneyland hotels). There was a Winn-Dixie grocery store a short Uber away that we were able to get groceries to for yogurt, muffins bananas, etc for breakfasts. No microwave. The shuttle service was good (you have to make a reservation ahead of time, it fills up, and if you aren't there exactly on the hour you might not get let on the shuttle). Also be aware there is a daily resort fee of around $40 per day. Disney Springs is a short walk away, but all that is really there is shopping.

Great hotel for a great price
The rooms are small, but they are clean and comfortable. It's a solid place to crash at the end of a busy Disney day. They have a goal of 10/10 customer service, and they met that, for sure. The cleanliness and customer service was fantastic. They contract with a charter bus that was free with a coupon code they provided. It was easy to use, but you're also a quick walk from Disney Springs, so you can also utilize the park bus system if you miss your scheduled bus to or from the park. This isn't a luxury hotel, but it's a great value. The rooms were recently updated. They give you Dove soap and shampoo products. Everything just right in the middle of the road. The pool closes at 10 every night, which was my biggest disappointment. I would have loved to soak my feet in the hottub a night or two, but never made it back in time to do so.
Awesome hotel
This hotel ended up being a great option for our Orlando trip. The restaurants in the hotel are great. Our room was clean and the shuttle to Disney World was easy to use. Definetly recommend!
Loved it!
My family loved this hotel! The pool area was so fun for my kids and we loved all the fun outdoor activites we could do. The free shuttle was also a great perk! We will definetly be staying here again next time we come to Orlando - we loved it!
