How to Check Your Disneyland® Tickets

As you know from receiving our email, a select few Disneyland® tickets have recently encountered redemption issues. As a trusted partner of the Disneyland® Resort for over 28 years, we have been working closely with them to ensure that all of our guests are taken care of.

Here is how you can check to see if your tickets were affected:

Step 1:

Upload your Disneyland® tickets to the Disneyland® app two weeks before your trip. If you haven’t downloaded the Disneyland® app, you can do so for free in either the Apple or Android app stores.

Step 2:

If you upload your tickets and find that a name you don’t recognize is attached to any of your tickets, please call our travel experts as soon as possible at 855-GET-AWAY. They will walk you through the steps to replace any affected tickets.

If you upload your ticket and it does not have a name, or appears with the name on your Disney account, there is no need to worry. Your Disneyland® tickets have not been affected and you do not need to contact us about resolving this issue.
