Walt Disney World Coronado Springs Resort Rooms

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a romantic paradise. The atmosphere of Coronado Springs is inspired by the artists, dreamers, adventurers and explorers of the past whose passion for life is celebrated in the rich legends, lore, art and cuisine. All of which is represented here at this resort.

At Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort there are a variety of room types including interior (Tower rooms only) and exterior entry. View options include landscaping, courtyard, pool, lake or parking views. Rooms at Coronado Springs Resort have a lot to offer for onsite relaxation and proximity to the theme parks.

Coronado Springs is technically a convention hotel, which means that you’ll find more amenities and higher end accommodations than you’d typically find at a moderate hotel. And of course, it’s Disney, so although it’s very nice, it doesn’t feel stuffy or corporate. It is the perfect blend of luxury and family, with a reasonable price point.

Casitas Suites

One of our favorite room types at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort are the Casitas Suites. These suites have views of the courtyard and are centrally located near El Centro, dining, shopping and transportation.

Choose from:

  • 1 Bedroom Casita Suite with two Queen beds and one Queen sleeper sofa

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort Pools & Amenities

There is still more to explore at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This has to be our favorite part of the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort review; all of the amenities and perks you’ll receive when staying here.

Pools at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

Explore one of many onsite pools including:

  • The Lost City of Cibola pool is located at the “Dig Site,” with a 50-foot pyramid centerpiece and 123-foot-long waterslide.
  • 3 leisure pools throughout the Casitas, Ranchos and Cabanas areas.

Families will love Coronado Springs, since it offers so many things for them to do besides the theme parks. The Dig Site is also where you’ll find the largest hot tub on Walt Disney World property, with room to fit up to 22 people, and a kiddie pool.

Active Play for All Ages

With so much space, it’s no surprise that Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort offers seasonal activities and more. Throughout the year, you can find Movies Under the Stars on select nights at the Dig Site.

You’ll be able to enjoy some classic Disney films while relaxing under the evening sky. This is also where campfires are held on select nights as well. Your family will be able to roast marshmallows and enjoy some quality time together – just check the Front Desk for available times during your stay.

Coronado Springs also has a white-sand volleyball court and the Iguana Arcade are right next door, offering even more for the family to do. For those looking to explore their creative side, you can sign up to create your own Spanish Mosaic art piece and/or participate in Colors of Coronado Painting Experience.
